Horrible staff and management. My friends and I went to IT and we were directed to the wrong move theatre. We thought the movie just started without preview but we were in the beginning half of the movies and missed 1 hour of it and didnt find out that we missed that much until the next day. We tried to speak with a staff her response was "well you should have something yesterday" we spoke with a supervisor and his response was "it aint nothing I can do you should have looked up at the top of the door, its your fault you went into the wrong one" he was non chalant, rude and disrespectful. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate.

This place is a rip off I was trying to figure out why ticket prices continue to change every time I go see a movie and after finally looking at my movie tickets and receipts I realized they have been charging my 9 year old son as an adult. This happened 3 times this year and two other times I went the prices where cheaper. They over charged me all 3 times maybe more I just happen to find old tickets in a couple of my purses and noticed it. Never again will I go back here if I do I know to pay attention to the tickets they charge me for. Unbelievable.

I have been going to malco theaters since i was a child but now every time my boyfriend and I come here we get in the theater with the loudest most obnoxious people that ruin the whole movie because they love just carrying on a whole conversation through the whole movie and use thier cellphones through the WHOLE movie....happens every time we go....seriously malco if you can afford to put armed guards in your lobbies and in your parking lot, I think you can AFFORD TO PAY SOMEONE TO SIT IN THE MOVIE THEATERS TO STOP THESE ANNOYANCES.

Not the best Malo in town. Not too fond of the crowd that gathers here. Stuff is great as all Malcos are, but this area has gone down. Been coming here for at least 15 years and watched it go down hill. They keep it clean and its still a good place to catch a movie, but many other Malcos prefered. Plus the theaters are quite small! Not trying to be too negative cause Malco is the best Theater in town, just pointing out the Germantown, Collierville, are much better options with only a few extra minute drive.

We went to see a movie that was supposed to play at 7:25, according to Fandango. The theater had unilaterally decided to stop showing the movie, randomly and in the middle of the week. We had planned this outing, drove 35 minutes, taken off early from work, and it was to be the kids last treat before school started. We will NEVER be back to this theater.

This place is a good spot for checking out the newest movies. It gets kind of dark after a couple of minutes, so its hard to read and do my crosswords, but I use my cell phone screen as a light and everything is great again. Now if I can just find a way to stop people from staring at me through the whole movie, this place would be even better!

The theater was fine. My only gripe with this place is that the staff doesnt completely clean the theaters in between movies, especially with new releases where theres a lot of foot traffic. Its hard to blame them but still, its not pleasant to step in other peoples leftover popcorn kernels.

This is a decent theater. Its a bit dated and the seats take some getting used to. However the digital audio and digital video are pretty good. As much as I frequent here I wish they had a loyalty program. And the matinee prices are kind of high. All in all a good theater.

The management here at Malco Cordova has been stellar for many years. Their willingness to give back to the community means something to me and many others. Not only do they assist with my classroom, but they also are there for Make a Wish! Thanks mainly to Mark!

They are to expensive for a pack of twizzler it cost 6 dollars I could buy 3 packs of twizzler at family dollar and the staff were a little rude and were letting these girls that apperared as about 12 go into a rated R movie movie

Good on weekday afternoons!! To many teenagers talking during movies on weekends though. Ive had to leave two movies because i couldnt hear. The staff and management were friendly and gave me two passes to compensate.

Great theatre and atmosphere. Love how they employ local high school and college students. I wish they would offer more family friendly movies. Often times there are several R movies and less PG or G.

Same as any other movie theatre. With already popped popcorn at steak dinner prices and an arcade. Which at a distance can easily be compared to that of a fashion models cat-walk.
