I Rate This Place With One Star Because How We Were Treated Tonight...We Paid For Our Ticket And Everything...We Go In No Problem...No ID Was Issued To The People Because They Didnt Ask...We watch 10 Mins Of The Movie... n The Security Guard Come In There Flashing The Light In My Eyes...I Couldve Went Blind...He Asked For Ages N ID...We Told Him Our Age He Said Go Watch Another Movie... we tried to do that but the another security guard talking about get out like for what...so we tried to tell him wahh the first security guard said...he said get out...so we did n we tried to wait in front of the theater but they telling us to get off the property... Like any thing couldve happened to us...n it was like they were kicking all the young children out n letting the old people come in...thats not right at all✌✌

You cant go anywhere in Memphis without black people acting a fool. Yes Im African American there is a difference. On one occasion I went here a guy kept lighting a cigarette in the theater. Another occasion unruly teens were using foul language, kicking my seat, and throwing objects during the whole movie. Now they have police officers that monitor the theater, but who wants to go to a movie where police or security has to be present? Its just sad I dont even go to the movies anymore I just stick to redbox.

I have mixed feelings about this place. This theater was the first Ive ever been to. I used to watch movies here every week at some points in my life. I recently moved within the past 5 years and took a date here since it was close by. The building is torn down now. The place is dying and it smells now. The parking lot is mostly empty.

The theaters are spacious, but it is so ghetto! Kids hang out there and theater hop. The staff are not very friendly and the concession people are slow as pond water. I have on three occasions had to leave because of screen malfunction, they did give complimentary passes, but that is annoying. I will be going to Paradiso.

They let me pay for my ticket, then tell me that Im not allowed to go in because the lady who gave me my ticket told them not to let me in. So...youre just going to take my money?¿ She assumed that the adult that was with me was NOT coming back from parking his car. But yet you let us pay. Never going there again.

WE LOVE THIS THEATER!! WE GO AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK. THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THE MANAGER, PAUL, IS GREAT! ALWAYS TAKING CARE OF HIS GUESTS TO MAKE SURE THEYRE TREATED RIGHT. BTW, THIS THEATER IS AS CLEAN AS IT CAN BE. I KNOW BECAUSE I GO TO ALL OF THEM!!

1st time here in years...It needs a make over. Chairs are very worn and had to move twice just to find one that was comfortable. Floors were extremly sticky and trash under seats. Staff was very nice and friendly. Refreshments area was clean and popcorn was fresh.

Everybody was so nice here. The theatre was big, and it wasnt crowded. Parking was easy, and the ticket clerks were really helpful. When we left, the lady who took our tickets asked us about the movie. It was a great experience.

Probably my least favorite theater to go to in area due to the fact, too many teenagers are there on the weekend. Another reason I dont like this theater is because its dirty. The best time to go is earlier through the week.

Smelly, dingy theatre. Had to switch seats twice because they were broken. Price listed on marquee was not honored and staff was rude. Ruined a date night, will try my best to avoid going back to this Malco location.

Movie screen was good along with the sound but they turn on the heat inside movie area but had a/c on in drinks area really sorry to make us sweat inside this place to watch a movie wont be back

Went to pick up tickets that I purchased online. The chick at the counter Izisha or Izishjah, not sure how to spell her name, was extremely rude. Just lost a customer because of a bad employee.

It was alright. We were the only people in the theater. We didnt get any concessions, but the whole place smelled old and moldy. The bathrooms were awful. (As per usual in Malco theaters)

It has a lot of movie screens and the staff is helpful. Some chairs are comfortable but the place is very old and decaying. If the place is upgraded I hope they put in luxury seats

This theater is in need of much repair, outside panels damage. I know theyre making money, because I regularly see movies there. Put some of that money back into the building.

Went to see Planet of the Apes. The price was great ,not overcrowded and not too many distractions especially with people using their cell phones.
