I was at this facility for an event, I am not sure if this is representative of normal service. The facility was very nicely appointed and in the gathering area the service was plentiful. In the meal room the we served beef medallions, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and salmon - the salmon was over cooked and inedible, the rest was delicious. My gripe? I was not drinking alcohol, water only. Everyone at the tables glass was kept very full and attended to but my water was never refilled the entire evening, even after asking - I resulted to the water glass beside me at the empty place. This seems like an ideal opportunity to provide "mocktails" for those of us who may not consume alcohol for whatever reason. Receiving second rate service because I dont drink is inexcusable, this would have been one star but the food (except Salmon - my favorite) was great. To the manager, concentrate on the customer - not the bar tab.

DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE. I got married here a few months ago, and days later they called blaming us for breaking a glass sink at the venue. I did NOT break the sink and my wedding party DID NOT break it. Before I left the venue, I cleaned up the area I was staying in and the sink was fine. Theyre blaming me because they think they can get away with this. Theyre forcing us to pay or they will take us to court. Take your services to another venue who will actually care about you. They are lovers of money. Run!!

Zen is a beautiful place with exactly what you want from a Venue...except the fact that it is so ridiculously expensive. If you are looking to have your event here make sure that you have the cash to back it up. Every time you turn around you are getting charged for something or they make you do all of this extra stuff because it makes the event "run smoother" they are absolutely too expensive. And some of the staff are extremely rude.

I was asked to lend my services, professional photography, during an event at this location and I was blown away. Great people to work with, great lighting and with the right minds you can create a wonderful atmosphere to host any event or any sort. This venue is excellent. Located in a prime location, within walking distance to many other business. Parking feels a bit limited or exclusive--but the evening made the walk worth it.

From initial contact to the follow up post-event contact, Zen has been a wonderful venue to work with! The gorgeous space is the perfect for any occasion and can be minimally decorated or elaborately transformed. We used Zens minimal but perfect decor (linens, votives, etc.) as well as their bar service and couldnt have been happier! Every penny was well spent and well deserved. Thanks, Jeff & Cameron!

Zen has one of the best staff in the industry. Theyre flexible, creative, and passionate about making each event unique and making sure each client has a great experience. The space is gorgeous, and allows a lot of room for creating a beautiful backdrop for any wedding. I love working with Zen, and highly recommend them to any vendor and bride!

Good location, but parking can post a minor challenge if the hosts dont arrange for guest parking. Cool atmosphere, if you have more than 50-75 guests, you will need both large rooms, which are connected buy the foyer and feel somewhat separated.

Beautiful, elegant and modern event space with 2 bars. Only issue is parking, but if you dont mind paying $5 or parking a couple of blocks away, not an issue.
