I took my son to see his first concert last night (Alestorm, Nekrogolikon, Aether Realm) he was 6 years old. The staff was amazing there. Big mike the ejection specialist as he called himself went above and beyond his job talking with my son about various things, checking on him from time to time through out the night, getting him and myself water, and making sure that we were let in first so he didnt get bum rushed by the line. The other ejection specialist working the door (didnt catch his name ) he was talking to my son about music, what he wanted to do when he grew up, joking with him, and making him feel like part of the group even though he was one of 2 kids at the show. Another guy who was working there I did not catch his name ( had a corrosion hat, flannel shirt and a beard) but he let my son sit off to the side of the stage next to the door behind the "red rope" so if he got to hot he would let us outside back door to cool off, he got him a chair for when his legs got tired for standing long period of time, blocked the crowd from running into him on the one side, There was another guy ( beard, Glasses, and longer hair and helped remove gear from stage ) who came up to me later in the show to apologize for cussing in front of my son which was not needed due to the fact that I brought him to a metal show but still a very great thing to do. Over all everyone was very conscious of the fact that my son was there and really accommodated him even though I did not expect it due to the fact that this was a metal show and mainly geared toward adults. Parking was pretty easy to get there, the area where cars were parked was patrolled by staff to make sure nothing happened to cars, drinks were not expensive, and the venue itself was exactly what I expected it to be. the only issue that arose was the concert didnt start on time but nothing at fault of the venue or staff what technical difficulties due to wiring with the bands. Even with that issue they again made sure my son was good to go as well as the surging crowd lining up outside. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone especially if they have kids that want to see a band that is playing there. My son and I heavily enjoyed ourselves and will return in the future for band that we want to see

Would not recommend seeing a show here, its a scary place, wished the band I wanted to see wasnt playing here. I was shocked to see what the venue was like when I walked in the door, this place should only host local bands if that even. Im pretty sure its a huge fire hazard waiting to happen, I could smell hot electrical wires most of the time there. Makes the Worcester Palladium look like a palace.

Really like this place! Enjoy seeing bands such as Malignancy, Skull Hammer, Headrot and Seax! Be sure to study a map before you go, it is easy to screw up and get lost even if you do have gps. Its worth the trouble though! Also DO NOT go to the mcdonalds across the street, go to the nearby burger king, KFC or dunkin donuts if you insist on a fast food fix.

Great venue where Ive seen some really good bands. Doormen and bartenders are very friendly and everyone seems like "family" but ultimately the great music would keep me coming back even if this wasnt the case

Great place to see a band because I think it holds about 200 people. Beer selection could be a little better.
