An awesome venue to see a show. You are up close and personal with the artist. And youre literally right on the ocean. And when the tide comes in you are over the ocean. Quick efficient bar staff. Only two complaints are the inclusion of a pizza bar where only one pizza at a time is being brought out , and placing of the merch table right at the entrance as it creates gridlock.

I want to give them five stars - beautiful location, spacious room with excellent sight lines to the stage, balanced acoustics, decent enough table service throughout the shows. They lose a couple points for having a weak beer and wine list, and for rather slow refills on water. But no question, Id love to catch a few more shows at this place. Highly recommended.

I have never had a better time at a live music performance, the venue is perfect! The staff was excellent, very helpful, even in a packed house! Marc Cohn is an amazing singer/songwriter!

Great music venue. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else first though. The food is very sub par. Also they wont even give you a cup of water, only sell you a bottle.

Went there to see the Christmas trees and giant ginger bread castle, was very pleased with the amount to see. We will definetly be making it a holiday tradition.
