Ive never really taking the time to write a review before but feel compelled after last night. We saw the advertising along with some local hype. It seemed like a local version of Dave n Busters but with bowling and darts. So we decided to check it out. The whole experience was infuriating and we left after only an hour, which did not entail much. 1) The "sports bar" did not have liquor just beer. Service was painfully slow. The pricing was odd and so was there policy. If you ordered a bottled beer they had to pour it into a glass because your not allowed to have glass. Yet the cup they pour it into is glass. There was so much empty space around the bar yet barely any tables or chairs. They had a few tvs and a projector but there was a ton of open wall space where tvs should be if youre going to try and attract sports fans. Also you can not leave a tip with credit cards. Cash or no tips only. 2) The "food." The impression given was that it would have restaurant or bar quality food. What you actually get is horrible, way over priced snack bar type food. Honestly have had better food from a snack shed at little league baseball games. 3) The kiosks are available around the venue. You can buy new cards or add credits to your current one. Except if you want to use cash, you have to have the exact amount for the domination they offer. No change can be given. Also if you want to use a credit card, then you can not add more than $20 worth at a time. If you want to add or purchase more than that you have to go to the main counter. Which kind of defeats the purpose of having the kiosks. On top of that. Their "value" incentives is giving you $1 off of certain games. 4) bowling / darts /ping pong / billiards / karaoke. The pricing on this is extremely odd and confusing. Instead of having a set price. The pricing depends on the day of the week, the time of the day, the number of people youre with and if youre a club member or not. This could be massively simplified. 5) The games. This was the worst part. They have some cool games but more than half of theyre games are play for prize tickets. Great for kids, not so much for adults. As for the arcade games. Variety in the types of games was limited. On top of that about 1/2 of the games are entirely in Japanese. Nearly impossible to read the instructions or figure out how to navigate through the main menus. Some of those games even have hints/clues/instructions during game play and leave you underplaying the game because you dont know what it is theyre trying to say. I honestly dont know how you open an entertainment business in the USA, targeted to an american demographic and have things entirely in Japanese. Now out of the remaining games that were in English. A majority of them were either broken or malfunctioning. The Photo booths that they have along the one wall are extremely creepy as well. To conclude; If you want to experience the crappy, over priced Japanese knock off version of Dave n Busters with bad food, bad service and a disappointing bar. Then this is the place for you. As for me and my friends. We will never be attending this place again.

As an adult, its really exciting when an arcade opens near you, especially if you are not an every weekend bar fly. Though, we dont always have the most pleasant experience here... the most recent time was the worst!! My fiancé and I met a few of our friends on Saturday night for a few games and drinks. I say drinks lightly because this bar is constantly out of stock of everything(even the crap beer). It doesnt matter what time you arrive their bar is always tapped. Anyway, I walk in and head over to the bar to get my fiancé and myself a drink. (1 bar tender at this time) Well... I sat at the bar unnoticed and ignored for 10 minutes(with another couple as well). After that 10 mins, I put my phone timer on... 15 minutes after Ive been sitting there another lady walks up and is waiting near me, she was only there for 3 minutes and she was served!! "Matt" the bar tender, looked at me and said "help was coming", then walked away. WTF? Whatever... So, not Im running a clock of 23 minutes of being ignored. My fiancé comes over to wait with me. Matt walks over again and helps a different lady.(Ive now been waiting longer than anyone standing at the bar). He walks by again and I shout "can I please order a beer now, Ive been here for a half an hour". Matt finally comes over to me but is LAUGHING at me and the fact that Ive been treated unfairly. My fiancé asked for 2 beers and Matt laughed in his face and said" oh we dont have that". My fiancé then proceeded to remind him it was 1 of the 4 beers standing up and not knocked over as if it was gone. Matt goofed around and finally gave us 2. He then proceeded to ask for our ids while trying to take my other friends order. Which Ill mention he was never nasty to my friends and he did NOT Id them. He gave my friends their beer first by the way. Not sure what I ever did to Matt except sit there for 40 minutes. Matt also gave my friends wrist bands so they wouldnt have to be ided again. As we were trying to pay for our beer my fiancé opened his wallet, and Matt saw his citadel card. Matt laughs and says " dude you cant use citadel here". My fiancé ignored him as hes trying to get CASH out of his wallet. Not moving fast enough for Matt, he says it again..." did you hear me? Hello you cant use citadel". I quickly snap back with "we come here often, were giving you cash". He laughed then snatched the money out of my fiancés hand. He came back finally with our change... I asked if we could have our wristbands considering he gave our friends theres. Matt looked at me, smirked, said no and then walked away(Im now 56 minutes in). I left the bar immediately afterwards. These people that work at this establishment need to either be Fired or put through some serious training. Theyre all incompetent assholes! Such a waste of my night because of some bumbling idiot!!!

I wish there was a way to give a review of zero stars. Me and a few friends decided to check the place out for bowling an few days after it opened. When we arrived we went up to the counter and were very confused by the pricing, after asking several employees to explain they all responded the same telling us to read the sign. Still confused, but wanting to bowl we put our names in and were told it was a 45 min wait, but only half the lanes were in use. We agreed to wait so we sat down near by and just hung out waiting on the text that it was our turn. After waiting an hour and a half we still had not be called, we went up to the counter to see when it was our turn. We were told, "oh we didnt see you, so we moved on" I was very surprised they skipped us as we were sitting within feet of the desk and we were expecting a text. We asked if we could be put on next, but they said the system doesnt work that way and we would have to wait again. We requested to speak with a manger, who allowed us to go next but did not seem to care about the situation. We finally got to bowl, and were placed next to a group of obnoxious drunk people. We tried to ignore it, knowing this wasnt really Round 1s fault. But they should limit the amount of drinks a person can buy, this was in the evening several children were near by. Just a few minutes into our game our lane stopped working, we hit the call for assistance button and waited for an employee. 15 minutes later and still no help. At this point we just wanted to finish our game and leave we were all frustrated with the service. After finally getting someone to come over they said our lane was broke and they could not fix it. We asked for our money back so we could leave. Apparently that is not in their policy, so if we wanted our moneys worth we would have to wait for a lane to be empty so we could be switched over. At this point the manager was beginning to be rude to us and not caring about our frustrations. The staff are rude and unhelpful, prices and policy are ridiculous neither me or my friends will ever be returning. It was such a waste of our money and time. Will never go back. Zero stars in my book.
