The theater is comfortable and all but I will not be returning to this place. My first major complaint is that all the snacks are vastly overpriced. There are other theaters in the area with much better prices for the same stuff, so the argument of selection goes out the window. In a recent visit, I ordered some food that needs to be cooked first, so I was expecting to have to wait a little but about 10/15 minutes later I was asked what I ordered. I was a little annoyed but told my order again. About 20 minutes after I had originally ordered I saw someone finally start cooking the chicken nuggets and this was the last straw. For the first time in my life I asked for a refund. This entire time my boyfriend was in the theater dealing with people who had taken our seats. (this theater works off assigned seats) Once Im done with the food debacle I find out that we cant sit anywhere because there werent two seats together anywhere in the theater. We went to the box office to try and sort it out but were told "why dont you just find some other seats?" This finally being our breaking point we just asked for a refund and, while talking to a manager to get the refund, he kept trying to tell us hed get the people to move out of our seats but it was far too late. Wed missed 30 minutes of the film and it was a bit ridiculous everything wed had to go to at that point. Never going back to this theater.

I usually like coming to this movie theater overall but my last visit on 6/30/17 I encountered the summer help. The employees during the winter, fall, and spring are so much nicer and not snobbish and arrogant. The young African-American girl who scans the tickets and apps has an attitude problem and just stands at her post staring at all the customers coming in the theater and the ones leaving the theater. There is a Hispanic or Caucasian male employee who wears glasses who was standing beside the girl who scans the tickets/apps who just started laughing for no reason while looking at the girl. I dont know what that was about. I went over to pay for my popcorn and drinks at the snack counter and there were African-American girls behind the counter. One of the girls was acting like the male employee who just kept laughing for no reason. The other girl rung up my order and asked if I was apart of AMC rewards. I guess there was an inside joke that the other girl must of knew about that I didnt. Reminds me of the teenagers that work at Movie Tavern until I sent a complaint to Management and now they act like they have sense now. Young kids today!

Bad place hate it a lot only go here because its the closest to me. Everything is very unreasonably expensive. A SMALL WATER BOTTLE is $3.00 and tickets are beyond imagine overly priced. The staff is probably the worst part. They dont try to help you at all. I bought some food from a different place they said and I quote, "No outside food or drinks. If you want you can go to costumer service and they can hold onto it for you." So thats exactly what I did. I said I wouldnt throw it out so I went to costumer service. I asked the man politely may you hold onto my food for me until the movie is over thats what the man told us to do. The man didnt care he said I cant I wont be here. So I asked so who would be here he goes not me and walks away from his counter. I had to call my mom and tell her to come get my food. Dont go here its awful hate it.

Horrible experience I the movie hasnt even begun yet. Firstly, we arrived 45 minutes early for a movie found out there was reserved seating and only the front row was left. Inquired about the next start time and was told it was the same. I stepped out of line and checked online and found seats. Ridiculous. The glasses given to us for the 3D movie were in an open box all dusty and scratched, but we had no choice as there was no other alternative. With all of these upgrades they did you would think they would take more pride in the appearance of the theater, but there was popcorn all over the carpet and the seating area was horrid. The worse was behind the counter at the concession itself, they didnt even bother to wipe off the spilt foods in front of the register where you order.

I came to this theater to watch a movie with my 3 kids (my kids are 18, 13, and 12) the adult tickets are 11.99 children tickets are 8.99 and I repeatedly told the ticket worker, Dina that I have a 12 year old child. When I got my receipt I realized that she charged me 3 adult tickets when I should have been charged 2 adult tickets and 1 child ticket. When I told her the mistake she rudely told me to wait to the side of the line. Another worker came and didnt seem to care about the problem so she just gave us a free ticket. I never asked for a free ticket and they gave one to us anyways. They did not apologize or ask what I wanted to do. They gave us bad service and treated us rudely. I am very upset with the service and will not be returning again.

This is by far our favorite theater to go to in the area. We live several miles closer to another but will travel to this one every time because its worth it! The new recliner seats are awesome and so comfortable, and perhaps my favorite thing about it is that you pick out your seats when you buy your tickets. No fighting over seats or worrying about getting there in time to to not end up right in the front rows. The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because for some reason they dont have Star Wars when its only been out a couple of weeks and we were looking forward to seeing it at this theater once the craziness died down a little.

I love, love, love the ability to reserve seats. This is a huge plus for me when choosing a theater to see a movie. I also enjoy the reclining seats which are very comfortable. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the concession stand is very inefficient and you will probably wind up spending a long time waiting in line for a drink and popcorn. Although the seating is reserved, Id recommend still showing up extra early if you want to purchase anything for the show.

Their staff does not know how they should give service for people. I paid an ice coffee for over $6, the lady gave me a soda cup. Told her that I ordered ice coffee then she gave me hot coffee, saying I ordered a hot coffee. The hot coffee only $3. She did not say sorry to me. Finally I got my money back but I missed the movie time, I was very very upset about her attitude.she told her other staff that she did sorry to me but I did not hear. I am not going back to there.

Wow! I didnt realize they upgraded this theater so much. One of the nicest theaters I have ever been to since the remodel. All their seats are huge leather recliners. The screen was perfect, and they have a bar where they sell beer and mix drinks. You also pick your seats like a baseball game which was a bit odd, but made sense once I saw the recliners. I might actually start going to movie theaters again instead of just watching Netflix.
