Worst customer service Ive ever had. The lane was broke down the whole 1he 30mins we where there, couldnt even play, so we asked for a refund and was given 4 one free game bowling passes that they said prolly wont be honored, the manager reeked of alcohol and treated us like we where stupid. Thanks for the ruined family night, we will never go back.
