Ive been going there with a group of 25-30 people once a year on a Sunday for a particular annual event. We used to go to another bowling alley but one year our event got pushed back to mid summer. We called 2 bowling alleys which informed us that they would not open on that time for us unless we rented the whole place out for something like a min of $1,000 (which I get but, was still frustrating). I was also basically told that I was silly for thinking I could find something at a bowling alley at that time in the summer, and I was assured that no bowling alley would take my business (which was discouraging). When I called Pleasant Bowling Center I got a friendly "Sure we would love to host your group!" (which was awesome). The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating, seemed happy to have our business, and gave us a great hassle free experience. Since that experience, although the day has changed back to a time when it would be "convenient" for other bowling alleys to take our business, I have never looked back. They are a great bunch of people and I will continue to travel the extra 7 minutes to give them my business. -Rigel Holmes ~ Youth Pastor at Greensburg Alliance Church

The Indian guys who (I think) run the place are really a bunch of sweet hearts. The one guy even gave me a bowling ball bag when I was 17 because I kept my bowling ball in an old shirt with the sleeves tied shut. I cant stand to go cosmic bowling though because the people who run that show are always on a power trip from the authority given to them to run a bowling alley during nighttime hours. The DJ looks like somebody who was rejected from the cast of Roseanne for looking too hip at the time, and he yelled at me for not untying my bowling shoes when I returned them. Of course, they hold your shoes ransom, so its not wise to cuss out some high school drop out practicing the only authority he has outside of his duties as shift supervisor at Arbys. Furthermore, they hire some redneck who owns a pair of handcuffs to walk around the bowling alley and act intimidating, which Im sure is a great thing for his ego in addition to hunting season and maybe playing paintball on the weekends with local high school students; they probably think he is cool despite his age. I guess that is what you need when you have a building full of people who want to go bowling on a Friday or Saturday night. Nevertheless, beer is cheap.

If I could give this review 0 stars I would have. I am upset that I had to actually choose 1 star to write this review. First- I called and asked if there were lanes open and how much it would cost to bowl. The man said $10 a person. Great- we get there, and there was a line of about 14 people in front of us (okay, its friday, no big deal), but I see not one employee behind the counter. I see a red haired woman vacuuming (no more than 15 feet from all of us standing at the counter). She completely ignored us- all 16 of us. My boyfriend and I, and the other guests, stood at the front counter for 15 minutes (the other 14 people in front of us had an obvious longer wait). The woman is still vacuuming. She finally comes over like nothing was wrong. And tries to charge my boyfriend and I $40 for one game. Yes, one game. She was very rude and unintelligent. I usually do not post reviews, but this place was dirty, the employees were rude, and the prices were outrageous- we were lied to and ignored. I will never go back to this dive again.

The conditions are ok ish, the prices are never set in stone tho. 3 different phone calls for a birthday party and I got 3 different rates. However, friendly staff!

Prices seem to be determined on a case by case basis.
