So on July 26, 2015 a man and his 2 children (rare right?) came in to bowl. He was surprised that the counter person stated that even the children needed to utilize bowling shoes while bowling. The patron stated that he has been there on several occasions and was never asked to do so. So I understand about rules so that didnt bother me. What bothered me is that the person that told him to rent shoes was also allowing other individuals to bowl in sneakers. And to top it off, the counter person began bowling with his sneakers as well. Not seriously bowling but bowling just the same. I have pretty much had my fill of this establishment for discrepancies in refusing to oil lanes before our small league bowled but oil the lanes right before a larger league bowled. I rather give up the sport I love than to compromise my integrity.

Excellent place to bowl or just have some fun. Has a huge arcade with some great games, especially pinball. They have 6 pinball machines, Monster Bash, Indiana Jones: The Pinball Adventure, Fish Tales, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Simpsons Party Pinball & even an older pinball called Jungle. They also have a pool table, shooting gallery, air hockey and Bubble Hockey. There is also a bar with 8-10 beers on draft. Fun place for all ages. My kids love it!

I love this bowling alley. The staff are incredibly helpful!!! This is Gateways "home", and this alley truly takes care of them. I have a ton of respect for what these people do, and appreciate everything theyve done for my son, Joey.

New ownership very rude to customers, did not turn on the heat on a 40 degree day, did not staff the snack bar and then YELLED at 90 year old women who brought their own coffee from home.

Nice bowling alley. Prices are okay and it has basic bowling services. The desk clerk can get you into the pro shop for products but hard to get an appointment for ball services.
