This place doesnt even deserve one star. I went to the hookah lounge today and the guy that works there was very rude. Saying he didnt work there he only works the vape side and closed the door in my face. He was coming out of the lounge so obviously he works on that side too. This was my second visit here and both visits were very bad customer service and very unprofessional. Im taking my business somewhere else and I am never coming here again. Be advised, I will never recommend this place to any one. The hours are not updated. I came at 2 pm and they were closed. If you are going to own a business do it the right way!!!!!

So we decided to have a hookah lounge at our wedding, and thanks to Arabian Knights, it was a huge hit! People told us it was the coolest thing they’d ever seen at a wedding. I made the arrangements with Thirgam and he was there himself on the big night. He provided great hospitality and was extremely professional. We had four hookahs, with an assortment of flavors. Thank you Thirgam, and Arabian Knights for helping to make our special day more awesome than we could have ever imagined!

I didnt really enjoy this place. Being there for my first time, it wasnt enjoyable. I felt rushed by the employees so making a nice choice for flavor wasnt so great. The variety is alright. It seemed more like a party atmosphere to me. It was a Friday so that couldve been the reason. I definitely wouldnt consider this a coffee lounge.

Im sure this is a phenomenal Hookah Lounge, but I was interested in the vape section of it. Absolutely awful, overpriced small selection of hardware and e-liquid. If its Hookah you want, then give it a try. But for anybody interested in anything vape related, try somewhere else.

To be fair Im not a fan of hookah, I was with friends, but the environment seemed pretty relaxed. And my friends seemed to enjoy it. The staff seemed a little uptight to me but thats about the only negative feedback I have. Friends enjoyed the flavors.

Ive been to hookah lounges all over america, and this is one of the best ive been to and anyone who doesnt tnink so needs to go out and see what else is out there, the customer service was exceptional, the variety of flavors was phenomenal

The vape lounge is NEVER OPEN. When they actually ARE, they have NOTHING. We even called about a product prior to walking over. Once there, (15 minutes later) they DIDNT HAVE THE PRODUCT. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
