Drove out to this pool to spend the day with my family. After driving 30 minutes we arrived and the the sky was dark and it looked like it could rain. As we entered the park after paying 40 bucks, the girl at the front desk assured us that if it rained within the hr we were there, we would get a raincheck. We were in the pool for 10 minutes and it started to pour. We went out to get a raincheck, literally after just entering and the manager aaid there is nothing they could do until an hr. After the weather watch was over. At this point we are too far away from home to come back. The girl had told us "that if it rained before 5 pm ( which it was) we would get a raincheck. The manager was not helpful and did not care, everyone else in line was.told the same thing. All he kept saying was "its policy" i think being in there for 10 minutes and not being able to get a raincheck is ridiculous. Basically after everyone in the pool started to leave they finally called people back for the rainchecks ( a half hr later and in the rain). Huge inconvenience and a waste of my time. If they would of issues the rainchecks at the time we left, i wouldnt have wasted my entire day. So disappointed in the way the staff handled this. Its not fair to make people pay and not to give them either thier money back or As raincheck when they have been at the pool for 10 minutes!!!! Dont go to this pool unless there is 100% chance of no rain. Because you will have to fight to get ur money back!!!

This is a nice place but they need someone assigned to the bathrooms at all time as there are some nasty nasty people who dont clean up behind themselves. It also would have been nice if we were allowed to use our own arm float devices instead of buying another at the facility when we already paid an arm and leg to get in.

I drive up from WV, about 60 miles and I was impressed with this place. Wish we had something closer. People in this area dont realize how lucky they are to have a facility like this to take kids. We will be returning before summer is over. My 5 year old Great-Grandson didnt want to leave after 6 hours

Beautiful water park with lots of different water activities. It has a slide, a diving board, multiple entries, and a shallow area for children. It is very well-kept and clean with an army of lifeguards on duty all day.

Very nice park, just unfortunate that a kid pooped in the kid pool causing it to be closed most of the time we were there.. but better that they close and clean it than just grabbing the turd with a net and moving on :)

Awesome place, nothing but kind people! Love it. Thanks for all your hard work. Anyone from my 7 year old daughter to my 80 year old mother. Cranberry staffing had great accommodations and very helpful staff!

Something for a kid of any age to play: slide, sandbox, spray area, diving board, climbing wall. Not much of each, but its a community water park. Food prices are not ridiculous.

Great place with Many different activities other than just the pool. Dont like the generic pop at the concession stand, though. Bring back Coke!

Nice size pools with slides, kiddy pools, serves hot food and drinks, inexpensive fare, and tons of seating

VERY RUDE lifeguard staff. Good facility for kids but poor service makes it impossible for one to enjoy.
