My family and friends had a great time yesterday, especially my baby. Unfortunately when the warnings are issued and we have to clear the park, people can be a little bit inconsiderate. I understand the staff has to follow orders or rules made by management but a little sympathy in case of emergency can be given. I had to take my baby to the restroom because he had stool all over that could not be clean on the chair or in the car.We were heading to the restroom to deal with that matter when the warning went off. The guards did not want me to go in and clean him up, so my boyfriend instead on the manager. One of them eventually let me go but there was another one in the restroom making sure that we all get out as fast as possible. I ask the guard if I could get some water to wipe the baby of she said no, we have to leave the park as fast possible. I did what I could with the wipes until I got home. My baby and I wanted to wash our hands but we could not, we had to wait until we got home. As I was leaving I notice a lady rushing towards the restroom with her babies. I am not sure if he was management but he was higher in rank than the guards ask the lady where she was going, she told him and he did not hesitate to opening the door for her, but I had to beg to clean my child. Plus we purchase food and it was cold and soggy. I told a member of staff that it was cold and I was willing to wait for a fresh batch. I could see him inside laughing with his coworkers telling them what I said was wrong and playing with it. Other than I had to leave smelling like stool and my food being played with the experience was good.

Upon visiting this waterpark on a Saturday, extreme overcrowding and inefficient service was experienced. The park charged a reasonable admission, although it is a very small park, thus admission is appropriate for the size of the park. There is an extra charge of five to seven dollars to get a locker, which is a bit expensive in comparison to the admission (charge for lock is almost the same as admission if visiting after 3pm). A 30 minute wait was experienced when attempting to ride the water slide. The line was very unorganized, and the lifeguards have no regard for keeping it organized. The line is confusing, as one line is formed to use two slides. The long wait was probably due to the amount of people skipping the line and moving to the top. This problem needs to be fixed if the park wants patrons to return. To say the least, this waterpark will receive no further business from myself, or anybody else who is prudent in the way they spend their money. Management needs to be proactive in their efforts to maintain an efficient atmosphere. Also, the building department of Martin County should re-evaluate the amount of people that may safely occupy this park. It was extremely overcrowded.

I have gone to the park frequently over the last two seasons. The biggest issue I have is with their hours they are open and their concessions. I often go late in the afternoon. They close their concessions at 4:00 PM! I wanted to get a soda and was unable to at 4:15 PM. The park is only open until 6:00 PM. I think if they kept their concessions opened until 5:30 - 6:00 and the park until 7:00 they would do more of the "dinner" business. Another problem I have had this season is that their pool has NEVER been open to the public in the 4-5 times I visited. I have a 6 year old grand daughter that I wanted to have her practice swimming and was not able to access the pools. VERY disappointing. Also, you are not allowed to wear masks, which doesnt make sense. I understand it for the slides, but not lazy river. The park is clean and I appreciate the family bathrooms that allow children to use while parents can stay outside without fear of someone else being in there with them. (Grandfather - granddaughter).

I was a guest that came to Sailfish Splash for the first and last time today. Unfortunately because of the lack of education your staff has received the park is closed for the day do to sunny weather. I do hope your business does find a dictionary and looks up the words "inclement weather". Completely sunny with blue skies does not equal inclement weather, but do to the ignorance of your staff apparently it does for Sailfish. I will never be back at this park again. I will continue to write bad reviews. You couldnt give me anything free to get me to come back. You have lost my family as customers and I will make sure to spread the word of how ignorant your establishment can be. I hope your business shuts down and less people have their days ruined by you. (P.s. didnt get the refund we were promised with the $2 up charge per ticket for "inclement weather")

Great park however they need to update their website and get faster staff at the gate. I tried to purchase annual passes online and their system experienced difficulty processing my credit card. When we got to the park and tried to purchase annual passes, it was taking forever because the staff member was slower then molasses. If they really expect a family of 4 with toddlers to stand still for 20 minutes while they put our info into the computer, they are sadly mistaken. I opted out of the annual pass because of it. Then when I got home, I checked my bank account to make sure there were no charges to my account. Well...there was....twice! From splash waterpark for annual passes! I will not be getting passes from them and probably wont frequent the park as much as wed like.

Great little waterpark for kids and families, reasonably priced. Ninjas my sons birthday party here, and the staff was not prepared (no table cloths, didnt know which room, started 30 min late). However, they did have very good customer service and found ways to make up for their misses without me even having to ask (gave me more time in the party room, got extra balloons to better decorate, etc). The staff was friendly and fun, and the kids had a blast!! There is no music in the party rooms, only outside. So if you are having a party, I recommend bringing your own speaker or some other activity for the kids while they are in the party room.

This is a great little place to bring the kids to have some fun on the weekends. The only thing I have a problem with is that they are closed even on the weekends. I mean seriously this is South Florida, the weather is great most of the time. The beaches are crowded but even during the school year youll find the local pool closed on the weekends. Otherwise this is great to bring the kids to when they are open. Look into season passes but purchase it in the beginning.

It is hard to rate because i did enjoy the waterpark but i went for my nephews party and watched as the staff scrambled to get anything at all right, they were over charged had to be credited back. They never brought the popcorn or icees that are included in the party then told my sister she had to move immediately when no party came in behind us! Would never in a million years have a birthday party here! Dont waste your time just go independently.
