I hate to do this but I had a not-so-great experience here. To be fair, the theater and bathrooms were clean. However, getting our food was a nightmare. First of all we told the guy what we wanted and he had to ask twice after that. It was like he couldnt retain any information for more than two seconds. It was very odd. We also waited 10-15 minutes for our food. Also, they dont (or cant?) take down showtimes after theyve sold out. Id like to know while Im in line whether or not the showtime I want is sold out. Why keep it on the board if its not available? Finally, and this isnt the theaters fault, but I swear it attracts the worst crowd. There was lots of people talking during the movie. The guy next to us kept making obnoxious comments about the movie and we had to tell him to be quiet. Ive never been in a theater with so much chatter during the movie. Wont be returning here ever. Ill stick with Regal Warrington.

The only thing I do not like about the movie theatre is the assigned seating. My child was under age so he ended up being free so we went into the movies and sat where we were assigned. They said nothing to me that my son had to sit with me and he was not moving from his seat. Well the manager came up to us and explained he had to be sitting with me after i had explained I hadnt paid for his seat, luckily the manager worked something out bc he actually was taking up someones seat! Those people were ok with the situation and the manager sat them elsewhere. I do not like the assigned seating but I have no other complaints, the manager handled the situation professionally I would recommend this movie theatre.

Only reason this was not 5-stars is because when I went to see a movie (3rd week post release mind you), they were close to sold out for my showing. They have specifically assigned seating, and Im mobility impaired, but even the handicapped seating was sold out. Well even before the movie started I smelled something fishy, but when I checked halfway through the film, yup only half the theater was filled, and all those handicapped seats were empty except one pair. They were not mobility impaired either. I think the movie studio, or someone was jacking the numbers, because some people might bail after they paid, but not that many.

Reclining seats really are a game changer. For only $1 more than my local Philadelphia cinema I can watch a movie in pristine comfort and general seclusion. The privacy of this cinema compared to regular is fantastic. You never have the issue of feet in your back or a tall guy blocking half of the screen. You basically never see the people in front or behind you. The arm rests are large enough for two people to share and the large soda, $6, is enormous and has free refills, a lovely thing to see in a cinema. I would eagerly drive the 12 miles to see a movie here over any place I have been to in Philadelphia.

The screens are clear, but sit too high up and are on the smaller side (this probably aids in their clarity). The screens sitting high up mean you have to look way up at the screen (we were seated in the middle). The relatively small screens suits the smaller theater rooms. They recently put in big comfy reclining chairs. And the sound I would say is better than average. Im a little miffed that they charged us an extra $1 .50 per ticket at the counter when we walked in with discount movie vouchers. Thats like buying something off of Amazon and then being asked for more money by the delivery person.

Very clean and comfortable movie theatre. Hostess are very friendly and easy to talk to while ordering or just for general information. Only reason this got 4/5 is because the food is way overpriced and the options for snacks (other than the popcorn) tastes like microwaved fried food (greasy with a bad texture). Other than the snacks themselves (which im sure are frozen then quickly heated) the experience was fantastic. Will come again!

The movie was supposed to start at 7. There was nothing on the screen for the entire time until the previews started, which was 7:20. Movie didnt start until 7:30. The screen had distortion in the entire top 25% of the picture (theater 10). Seats were very uncomfortable (although they say they are installing leather recliner seats soon to compete with other nearby theaters). Definitely will not return to this theater.

Theyve started charging an additional "surcharge" of $1.50 above the ticket prices "because of their recliners". I will not be going there again. Ticket prices are high already as are concession prices... to me, this is the last straw. Way to go. Also, in mens bathroom, the hand driers were uncomfortably low. Im not a very tall man. But I had bend at almost a 90 degree angle to dry my hands properly.

We got the movie and the times from the web. Drove to the theater and the marque did not show the movie "The Martian" we wanted to see. We did not know what was wrong. Were we at the wrong theater? Were we looking at the wrong date? The only thing we can figure out is for some reason, they did not change the marque out front. It was raining. Oh well, they lost some business from us. 10/2/2015.

The five stars is for the movie experience, wide comfortable recliners, good but not overpowering sound, clean theaters. There is assigned seating, so order your Tix ahead of time to get center seats. The only thing that could make the experience better is more/better food choices. The theater serves hot dogs, soda, popcorn, candy and plain nachos.

Ive been to this theater quite a few times. I like the theater that offers couples seating. If Im gonna overspend at a theater Id rather go to Movie Tavern. At least I can drink beer while watching movies not worth the price of a ticket. I understand why people pirate movies due to the price gouging at the theater.

Tiny theater with no very few employees working on a Friday night. The "security guard" checked my online ticket some there were no ushers. He told me the manager had let the ushers go home for the night, even though it was 7pm on a Friday. At least the theater had power reclining seats.

Honestly, Id rather go the AMC that is behind Plymouth Meeting Mall. This location boasts its reclining chairs, but the movie experience itself needs some TLC. The screen doesnt fit the front wall, and the sound is surrounding but could be more dynamic, either raising the bass or treble.
