I tell you what honestly I didnt expect much from this place, I live in Carnegie and this place was literally 2 miles from my house yet I had never heard of it. I was actually looking for a wine and spirits on google maps when this popped up so close to my house. My wife and I decided to give it a try, when we first approached the building it looked like an insurance office type building bricks and a parking lot. It was only when we entered that I started to get the impression that this was going to be a special place. The inside is very nice their are seating areas for testing and a small store. Their is also a small library that has materials on wines. The owner and his wife were extremely friendly and very attentive. They not only provided samples in a very nice tray but they also provided cheese, crackers, water, and grapes. I didnt feel rushed at all and the owner even took us on a tour of the winery in the basement to show us how everything is done. Now the wine, it was very good some of the best I have had from a PA based wine. We have been to all the major ones in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas so I had become accustom to a certain "Taste" of wines from this area. This winery didnt disappoint and I would say it even beat some of my favorites from Foxburg Winery and La Casa Narcisi Winery. They have a good range of dry and sweet as well as white and reds, you wont find any fruit wines here Its worth the trip to visit this place

We stopped there today on the reccomendation of a friend. We found the winery one of the best in Pennsylvania. Every wine we tried was smooth, with a great nose, and a great finish. It is seldom to find all the wines of one winery equally superb. This winery makes it look easy. If in the Pittsburgh area, please stop there and enjoy some of the best wines in the state. C. Bealles

Wine was great. The Lafayette and Luccia were both unique and tasty. Bring those to a party and youll get some compliments. On top of that, the owners are very friendly and pepper you with facts about wine. Ex. I always thought people swirled their wine to be pretentious. Turns out there is a semi-scientific reason behind it...go and find out why and be proven wrong like me!

Ive been to about every winery in PA, and this is undoubtedly one of the best!! Theyve just opened up and are working on their website. Next year they plan on starting their own vineyard. I love their wine, fine crafted, everyone is a winner. Im very excited such a fine winery has opened up so close to me. I encourage a visit here, you wont be disappointed.
