i have been to the brix project 3 times now and looked forward to having lunch there for my birthday with my husband and my close friend. this was by far the worst experience of them all. first , my friend ordered a beer and disliked it. after taking 1 sip. the server took it back and replaced it with another beer that my friend had ordered in the past. it took 10 minutes to bring out another beer and after returning home i looked at the receipt and saw that we were still charged for the returned beer . secondly, the irish nachos ordered as an appetizer came out with the entrees. the nachos were cold and the cheese was cold and clumpy which means they sat there in the window and were not brought out when they were supposed to. my husband ordered a well done burger and well done fries, and repeated to the server that both needed to be well done. the burger came out with soggy lettuce and the fries were not well done they were undercooked. the food runner who delivered the burger brought him out another order of fries that were well done. my friend ordered a flatbread taco that tasted like" something she couldve gotten at taco bell", and i myself had ordered the salmon and cous cous salad and specifically asked for the dressing on the side..... the salad came out drenched in dressing. by this point we just wanted to finish up quickly and leave. the service and the quality of the food were way below average. if i had to recommend the brix project to anyone in the future i would say, Great place for pretzels and beer, and if your e going to sit outside to make sure you like smell of cigarette smoke and the sound of barking dogs!

Every time I go to Playalinda, I thoroughly enjoy the delicious beers. They always have a good variety on the menu between whats on tap, guest tap and bottle. However, I have to mention during my most recent visit, the service was terrific and deserves special recognition. Jayme and Logan treated myself and my party with great humor and hospitality to match. The beer and staff will keep me coming back! I highly recommend. I consider myself a half way beer snob and this is quickly becoming my favorite place. Once again, many thanks to Jayme and Logan!

Great little bar, though seating on a busy night is hard to find. They provide a couple things to eat, but order some pepperoni pinwheels (not on the menu) from across the street with ranch and extra marinara. Theyre about $11-12 but they drop off a huge box. The beers have all been great here and the atmosphere is great.

Really enjoyed it! We went Saturday with some friends. Great atmosphere. We loved the way its set up and the general look of the place. (its a converted old hardware store.) Plus, the beers were great! Very classy vibe and a nice crowd. Definitely worth the trip from Orlando. We will be back for sure.

Great little bar with plenty of beers to choose from. A limited menu, but I wasnt there to eat - I was there to have a beverage or two! Friendly staff. I ordered some 32oz beers to take back for friends in Canada - it was cool watching them can them right in front of me. I will be back!

Its awesome to find such a great locally owned brew spot with fantastic beer at such a low cost. Coming from Orlando and Sanford paying only 5 bucks a pint is super refreshing its high quality for a medium price. Keep up the rear work and love the decor here.

Massive selection of beers from other places. About 4 pages. They also have their own beer and beer from other breweries on tap. Food is light, quick, and very good. Sandwiches and appetizers are available. Crowlers (cans) and growlers are available to go.

Great beers, true to style. The Brewer knows what he is doing, he even controls the PH of the water for each brew. This makes each beer taste right on point, 90% of beer is water. The old hardware store is a great location for this brewery.

Great selection of house-made beer and guest taps. I think theyre trying a little too hard to have unique brew but theyre all good. Its the only spot downtown that has any activity... Its even Saturday night of Memorial weekend.

The beer is excellent. The service is top notch, even when theyre slammed. The atmosphere is spot on. The location is great. Didnt try the food, but it looked pretty good too. 10/10 would recommend.
