Tigard 11 has been our theater for more than 20 years. Recently I have had 2 really bad experiences which question whether I will go back. About 6 months ago or more they took the movie titles off of the entrance. So recently I was actually told the wrong theater. It was too late to go into the right one after I realized it. But I was given a free ticket to come back. Most recently, Thanksgiving weekend, I took family members there from out of town. The lines were long. (30 min wait to get tickets and both self service machines were OUT OF ORDER). The theater was so understaffed over a holiday weekend it was ridiculous..Again, we were unclear on which theater to go into to. So part of the group found seats and a few of us waited in a 25 minute popcorn line. When we finally reached the front, one of the 3 teens .working said, Im sorry, Ill be back in a few minutes" and left. Needless to say, we did not get popcorn or anything else for that matter. I saw no manager and a total of 5 employees to run a packed theater over Thanksgiving weekend. Thankfully the movie was great but the experience leaves me thinking...Bridgeport is my new theater.

OUTDATED!! I had not been to this theater in probably 10 years. Mainly because a Century theater opened up closer to where I life many years ago. And now even a Cinetopia is literally a block away. But i had won some movie tickets at work that could only be redeemed at a Regal Cinema and this one matched time i wanted to see the movie. WOW is this theater outdated compared to the two i mentioned earlier. the seats are very small and close together. They do not recline at all im surprised they have up holders. The screen is much smaller than newer theaters.Through out the movie you could hear this ticking sound coming from the speakers. You couldnt really tell during loud scenes but when the movie got quite you could. And you could hear the movie in the next room. I cant complain to much since the movie was free. But if i were paying for a movie i would not go here.

First, you better expect on Tuesday nights for $6 buck tickets are going to draw idiots not interested in a movie. In fact, I dont know what theyre interested in. The last Tuesday movie I saw there, I threatened the theater manager and was given "free" tickets for me and my friends that night. Second, if you want stadium seat rising... there is NONE here. Third, the house manager places showtimes and movietimes so close together, that the one (or two) ticket sellers are so slow, its nearly not funny. The GM gives no credence to the fact that "sound proof" between theaters means you get to watch your favorite indie movie while being flanked between other theaters playing loud and obnoxious sci-fi, or horror or otherwise. It doesnt matter. The noise from films around yours, sucks. Ill bulldoze this rotten relic before Id ever see a movie there again. Enjoy!

The service is really quick generally, with the exception of Tuesdays because of the crowds for the discount (I recommend getting there half an hour to even an hour early to the Tuesday showings, especially if the movie is brand new). The theatre itself is kind of old and seems dirty / unkempt (for example, one side of the concession stands just have boxes of popcorn and cups instead of being used), but the bathrooms are stocked. I should also mention, the discount used to be $5 on Tuesdays for members ($6 for non members), but its been raised to $5.35. Also, if you have a free ticket from credits and want to use it on a new movie (came out in the past two weeks), there is a $1.50 fee regardless of the free ticket.

The theater had okay seats. Soft but no recline. Maybe it was just the theater I was in. The slope in the theater is terrible for short people. If someone moderately tall sits in front of you your experience will be terrible. We came from another state which their theaters allowed outside food. While we know some theaters dont have this policy but, this theatre will snoop through your bags and ask you not to bring candy. They say its for security. I still purchased my $6 giant soda and my 2 $11 movie tickets. I expected a little better experience but I guess regal is nothing like megaplex in terms of fair food prices and options. This isnt exactly a great experience, just a place to watch a movie.

I love this theater. Its clean, well maintained, offers wine, beer, cider and is never as crowded as other theaters (like Bridgeport). I have yet to figure out why. Maybe its just due to its location, because it is a little hidden, but thats ok with me. My only complaint is that I ordered a glass of wine, which I believe was $8, and when they brought it to me, I literally laughed out loud. The already small glass was not even half full. When I asked about it, the server apologized and said that the spout self fills the glass and he had no control over the pour. So my advice is to skip the wine, because its a complete ripoff!

Excellent movie theater! If you like busy crowds go on Tuesday were the ticket is cheaper. I dont like big crowds, so I like to go late at night. I love this regal because the theater is very well kept up the sound quality is amazing and the picture is perfect every time. The service is great as well. There is no stadium seating here so if you go to a movie that is crowded good luck. There is plenty of parking outside. Also if you are not hungry for popcorn or nachos there is a subway next to it. This regal always has the latest and best movies. I highly recommend this Regal!

I am going to start with a positive. I really enjoyed the size of theatre. I had a good time watching jurrasic World. The negative side, i ordered boneless wings that were still completely frozen on the inside. I took them back and the manager lady was really rude and snippity with me because i was trying to get a popcorn in exchange for the wings that were actually 20 cents cheaper. She ended up giving me the popcorn, but i wasnt given an apology or anything. I actually was the one who apologized. No way should customers be treated that way.

Visiting Regal Tigard is a pleasant reminder of what theaters use to be like. While they lack stadium seating and the latest in digital projection and dolby-whatever, the overall experience is gentler and not an assault on ones senses. Its location is nestled slightly out of sight off of Hwy-99 so it usually isnt crowded. Short lines means good seats! They do have beer and 4K projectors and 3D and the latest movies and the ticket prices reflect this. However, the ambience feels nostalgic and is a nice alternative to the other megaplexes in the area.

In my experience, this theater is always clean and the staff is friendly. The equipment works well and the seats are comfortable. Bathrooms are always clean. This location has 11 auditoriums, shows standard 2D and Real 3D. They support closed captioning and descriptive video. Every week on "Tightwad Tuesday" they have economy prices, and even further discount if you belong to the Regal Crown Club. The only downside I see is the concessions. They are slow and way overpriced.
