This place has been okayish for the 10 years Ive lived here but after last night I really needed to let people know what to expect! I cant speak for the entire staff but the two gals who served my family were not polite. They were bickering the entire time about how one of them messed up some paperwork that day. We had a Groupon and it is VERY obvious that Groupon users are not welcome. I thought we were receiving bad service before I mentioned the Groupon, but the way we were treated after was so much worse! We get through our tickets and concessions without me screaming at these women to be nice to my family (amazingly). FYI - while the seasonings use to be free, if you want ANYTHING besides salt on popcorn, its an addl $2 now. We get seated and watch the previews. Literally, literally the SECOND the actual movie starts, the audio cuts out 100%. We waited a few seconds but I got up to tell the same rude gals about the problem, and did not get any kind of apology, just "Ill deal with it." Maam, I understand youre busy, but I have NEVER been so busy I didnt have time for manners. Another minute or two goes by - I would say the first 3 to 5 minutes of the movie were complete silence. We asked if there was any way to restart it or do something, but instead, the audio was fixed and that was it. No apology from anyone on staff. I get that anymore staff are trained NOT to say sorry because it opens the door to complaints, but I and my family just really felt like these women were being rude and unhelpful because its fun for them. People like that should not be running customer service but thats just my opinion! All in all, I could not be happier that in 2 weeks my family will be in a new city and well never have to come back here again! The 3 stars is only because easy parking, and the popcorn and soda were actually pretty good - although maybe it was because of that $2 seasoning....

I saw Prometheus in this theatre after not being there for (dare I admit) decades. Frankly, IMO the establishment could use some updating -- more than whats available at the concession stand. The seating was comfortable and provided plenty of leg-room, and I didnt mind that it was a little old. The foyer and theatre seemed to need some touching-up -- a paint job, that sort of thing ... just a little polishing. The audio of the film was hard to hear -- it was unclear, which is unfortunate when seeing a detailed film -- I dont know if this was a matter of the film or the sound system, but I feel I still need to see the film w/ better sound to feel Ive seen the film. The staff was kind both as we arrived and friendly & engaging as we left. The experience of getting out was nice, but the atmosphere & film viewing left a few things to be desired.

Saw IT on 9/21 6:35 showing. Two women behind the counter preferred to speak to each other even while staring at people who wanted to purchase. When they did finally respond they were EXTREMELY rude. What makes it worse is one of the women might be the manager, she had the attitude of a rude manager. The movie had no sound and three different people went out to tell them before they finally fixed it. And then they didnt start the movie over. This location has always been icky but its our only theatre.

This sad little theater continues to degrade with time. This week they had mechanical issues with food machines so again not everything was available. The theaters are outdated, marginally cleaned, with sticky floors and water stained ceiling tiles and bathrooms that make you wish for levitation skills. This place needs (has needed for years) a major overhaul and the owners are just unwilling to offer its few remaining dedicated patrons a satisfactory experience.

Excellent customer service! Older building, but theaters were very clean. Visibility is great from every seat, sound is incredible and screens are at a comfortable level. Nice variety of snacks and beverages. Very pleased overall with facility and employees.

I quite enjoyed my movie - the staff was perfectly friendly, my seat was comfortable, and the show was good. After any number of places that subject me to 5 minutes of advertisements it was refreshing to have previews, the movie, and nothing else.

They put no money into improvements and more than once the projectors have broke and we missed movies. Once was for the anniversary showing of Breakfast club. Paid a sitter. Planned a head. They were rude about it too.

It is an old dirty place. Filthly and delapedated...but that is good cuz the more peeps don not like the place...the beda for me and my peeps. The place is always empty!!!! Popcorn is AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Popcorn : ( concessions are overpriced and as soon as the movie is over the lights come on and doors open, ending the movie experience. Can I please read the credits or at least have some solace.

The seating is crowded but good amount of parking, tons of different discounts, friendly staff, clean and fair pricing. Down side is its not pretty to look at it and the toilets break kinda often.

Wish they would Renovate; really needs makeover. Does not offer 3D movies. Only theater in town...really could be great but us NOT. Usually understaffed and a line. Really needs improvement

Perfectly fine small-town movie theater. Staff are great, seats are fairly comfortable. Because its small, it doesnt always show a wide variety of movies.

Okay. The staff are nice but the cinema in general needs improvement bc Im tired of my feet sticking to the floor every time I watch a movie. Smh.

Good little theatre. Concessions are expensive but thats to be expected. Ive seen dozens of movies here and never been very crowded.

We love going to Oak Harbor Cinemas! Never a crowd, super friendly staff and they play all the first run movies! Its great!
