I recently threw a party here and it was a great experience. Summer (their event coordinator) is super chill, and easy to work with. They have extremely reasonable rates, and the vibe of this place is unbeatable. I think it would be great for parties of 200-300 (non-sit-down style). Theres an area with a stage and a dance floor, next to that theres a ping pong table, then theres a really neat looking bar, and theres a lower lounge area that has this old elementary school feel to it with a big table, as well as some couches. While this place isnt open to the public regularly, I recommend keeping an eye out for parties and events taking place here. Its just such a cool space. And if youre throwing a big party, definitely check this place out.

We had our wedding here at the end of July 2016. Via Hersholt is wonderful to work with! It is a great rustic warehouse space with two levels. We are glad we booked Union/Pine as an indoor venue during late July as it was in the low 90s on the day of the wedding. Many of our vendors have worked here prior to our wedding and were familiar with the space, so it was pretty smooths sailing. Glad to have booked here for sure!

I attended a part here, and I have to say I loved it. The floor plan is open and have the upper and lower sections allow for great mingling with friends or meeting new people at events. The bartenders were gracious and served with a smile. The upper area provides a great place for a dance floor and plenty of room for a band or DJ. I would recommend this space to anyone wanting to through a fun, trendy get together.

Union Pine has some pretty interesting events going on, from Saturday flea markets, to renting out the space to corporate parties. They dont seem to really care who rents the space out or what catering company comes; just try booking in a few months in advance if youve got your eye on it. The venue is pretty chilly but there is a fair bit of space. There is a bar available.

Phenomenal event space. Located in an easily accesible part of town with lots of FREE parking. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. They make a great margarita too. The space is large and has great seating areas and a stage. The industrial wood design gives it a trendy modern look that brings everything together.

Leslie was GREAT to work with! I appreciate her honesty, diligence and quick response time. We received wonderful compliments regarding the event from our client and that would not have been possible without her help. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for an event space in the city.

Awesome blank canvas venue for events. My sister had her wedding here and the set up was just perfect for theyre needs and desires. It was quite loud during the dinner part of the evening, as the space didnt have great sound absorption or quieting mechanisms.

Was a best man at a wedding/reception here. The space was used well and the reception area was really large. I dont think they are well equipped in the A/V department but thats it. Bar was well set up too.

The facility was a nice size! This would be a great place to have a reception or an event. It is in a very urban location, which means it is a lot of street parking. It was a great event location!

Great place. If youre new to town, this is a great place to get on an email list with or follow on facebook. They always have great local events and flea markets.

Great meeting space but a bit on the dark side . Bring your jacket/sweater if you are spending full day in here, it gets cold
