Their website had advertised free taxi rides home (max credit of $20), so I taxied there to see Zepparella. I was ready to leave and asked for their taxi service. I was told their offer was only for inebriated or passed-out people only, which was really a bait-and-switch. All bar offers that, but they dont advertise it on their website. Beyond that, dont expect good lighting or acoustics. Save your time any money for a better venue. Music events at the Hall more closely resemble a band in a garage or barn somewhere.

The only thing I dont like about this place, and I mean the ONLY thing is that its hotter than Hades in here! Saw a few shows in the summer and thought I was going to die. Seriously, why even have fans if they arent on??? Even in the winter its hot as hell in there. Wont even attempt drinking unless I want to travel to the afterlife. The sound is great though! Decent stage and room. Good lighting and restrooms. Awesome workers too. Just please for the love of God, get an AC system or turn on the fans!

Never been here yet. I wanted to make the James McMurtry show a few weeks ago but had to settle for seeing his show in Austin over Thanksgiving. When I spoke with James after the show, I told him I was sorry to have missed him in Eugene and was surprised to hear that he really did not like the HiFi venue and much preferred the WOW hall. He said the sound was bouncy and difficult. I am skeptical but will check it out at some point.

Seriously a great place to be most of the week. Some feel the lounge is cramped, I find it intimate. Some feel the bartenders are rude, well get your act together youre in their house! Some think the drinks are expensive, yup just enough to filter out the crowd. And they serve Pepsi instead of coke because Pepsi is better :P (debatable) look dont bring your mom unless she can hang

Best mid size live music venue in Eugene, Oregon. best spot to hang out even when there is no show in the main hall, fun to stick around after a show too imho, tons of food options with a kitchen in-house and 4 food carts in the parking lot. let the haters hate, always fun for me.

This was a great smaller venue that offered multiple stages to do a little show hopping back and forth from room to room between bands. Also had a great outdoor patio for cooling off between songs.

Love this place. The sound quality is the best in town. You can tell the layout has a personal touch. Lineup is constantly blowing me away. Refreshingly unpretentious staff and vibe.

Great space to see a band or DJ. The lounge has a great booze selection and a lot of free or super cheap shows. The main hall is sweet by far the best medium sized venue in Eug.
