I really like this store for all the hard to find titles they had. The staff was really friendly and wanted to share info about all kinds of books they had in stock. You could easily spend an afternoon in there checking out all the books they had.

Shout out to the nice girl who was so patient with me when I was looking for lesbian detective fiction. This is a great community resource and I wished I lived closer so that I could participate more.

Despite the Portlandia bits filmed in their store, the place is actually pretty awesome. Plus, they have free community space you can use. They truly are here for the community.

The only bookstore that can compete with Powells for my money. They have yoga and a cafe now and lots of other community events. Great place to browse or buy presents.
