I am not one to usually leave a review on a facility or anything but felt the need to share because my experience yesterday was AWFUL. There is an older lady who works on Sundays with dark hair and she is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my entire life. She gives a VERY bad image for the establishment since she is the first person you deal with when you walk in. The facility staff is NOT on the same page at all. One person will tell you that you are allowed to set up 15 minutes early as long as no one is in the room prior to you and then you get there on a weekend day the rude lady will tell you get what you pay for, no extras allowed. They will also tell you that they have extra tables for food and gifts, but you arent actually allowed to use them. They do not answer the phone when you try to reach them..I called 18 times on a Friday before I finally reached someone only for them to allow me to ask ONE of my questions before they hung up on me. Learn from my mistake and take that as a lesson- You will be happier finding a different venue to use. The only plus was they are very clean and the late afternoon crew that came in to clean up after us were nice to deal with.

This is a terrible place to rent the rooms are to small and the hallways suck, also a old woman with blond hair working front desk was terribly rude and not helpful when it came to asking questions and actually helping othera with useful information, my son had his 1st bday party here and we were treated poorly by the staff here. Terrible place would not recommend.

Worst place i have taken my kids for swimming. Every 2 seconds guards are blowing whistles. The dont do list is much larger than the do list so here is the do list. Only go down the slides 1 at a time only on your butt. You can be in the 3ft pool only not the hot tub and throw balls. Thats about it..... great place ifvyou have never been in water before.

Fun place with a great deal on climbing wall/pool package. I sometimes bring autistic, developmentally delayed, etc. kids here, and the staff is always great with helping out, regardless of age or ability level. They also have a wheelchair for the pool area.

We always have a great time here, be it birthday parties (we have used several times for our kids) or just going for a swim or rockwall climb. Highly recommend, just dont forget matches for the candles or a cake knife...

I love this place 7 rock climbing, basketball court, huge swimming pool and water slide & hot tub! my 1 year old and 5 year old absolutely love it!! I just recommend the changing lockets be cleaned more often! Thanks!
