Let me tell you about Osage Casino. Ive been working here for over ten years. I NEVER wake up dreading to go to work. They take care of their employees. They have great benefits: healthcare, match 5% of your 401K, free life insurance, pay for higher education costs, etc, etc. The company cares about its people and does the best they can. Were a smaller casino and its smoky, but were growing and building a newer casino in Tulsa soon. The best thing we offer is great guest service to all of our casino patrons. This is a rule for all of the employees! Everyone is generally nice and helpful to our guests. And dont forget about the pizza! People come to our casino specifically for the pizza. ¡Che Buono! If youre talking about slot machine and table games pay outs, its the same at every casino. I lose all the time when I go to the other casinos. Either youre lucky or you arent! Ha. The question is whether or not youre having fun while youre doing it. I truly believe we offer an entertaining experience. If you have a problem with a panhandling or anything, find an employee and tell us, so we can fix the problem sooner than later.

DONT GO!! Me and my buddy were winning at Blackjack then we went to the patio to smoke eCiggerretes. When we came back the dealers started saying we were passing when we were hitting. Also, my friend doubled down and they pushed it back!!! That is illegal and unethical!!!! Once we realized we were being hussled by the dealers we decided to cash out. (We were still up quite a bit). Thats when we found ourselves surrounded by security. They accused us of "doing drugs on the premesis." We were vaping with eCiggerretes which is legal!!!! They threatened to call the cops UNLESS we went back to the tables for another hand!!! They led us to this weird Poker game and told us we had to bet on every possible option!!! Funny thing is, my buddy lost but I won BIG on my hand lol. We then cashed out and the heck outta Dodge. Illegal thug activity at this unethical Casino. STAY AWAY!!!

First, I understand OK "casinos" are not going to payout jack crap. Its alright, they are not supposed to. That being said, the atmosphere is bleak inside. Even with all the lights from the games, you feel like you are in a place a loser would be. The times Ive gone, I have never been approached and asked if I would like anything. This blows my mind. Christ, yes, I want someone to get me a drink. I would be much nicer if actually asked, though. Minimums on table games seem to be too high. Be fun to play BJ for a few bucks, but I guess you cant do that anywhere. Still, all around, it is the atmosphere that will get you. Its dark when you walk in, and isnt going to be brighter after you get outside.

Tai lo, my boufreind his a truck driver and one night we went one of the casino we went too we call them before we came down if its ok to park there over night. The person we talk to she yes. We lost money that night and when we came back to the truck we thought the security person who drive around would tell us to leave but thank god we get to stay till we have enough sleep before we get on the road. But I would probably wont come back to casino because they only take your money. Save your money and buy something for yourself and its hard to make money you regret til you loose them from gambling. They made the casino to take your one not to give you.

I find it funny that a employee is talking about there benefits no one cares about how good the benefits are there. That being said the staff is rude and the casino is Nasty and full of nasty rude people. I have been several times and waited 20 minutes for a players card. Thats horrible guest service! Also dirty slot machines and half of them have broken buttons. They allow riff raft to set in the door ways charging their phones thats trashy and people will follow you around in here asking for money or a cigarette. So if your smart choose any other casino around but this one.

Lost $450.00 then walked back.to my semi truck to relax ,then followed me were two rude guards ordered me to drive off if I dont play the game any more because I have parked on a native American. They wanted me to get off right away. I asked them to give 5 more minutes to finish my log and pti but they resisted. I confronted them to explain my rights as an active member of the Osage Casino but they told me to drive on to finish my log somewhere else or I will be charger as trespassing. This is the worse place I have ever been tom

The only thing worse than the staff is the customers in the casino. I dont know who the manager is but he needs to get in line and see how awful his staff is. I went to play cards for a fun kinda celebration night and it was my first time and there was 1 other person at the table. The dealer and the lady were completely rude and for no reason. Being in the service industry is about being polite and not such an ass. Someone needs to get this place in line.

Always seems to be too crowded, and the majority of the customers are rude. Staff is also rude, if they even acknowledge you. They will generally just keep on going. Even when busy they will allow one person to play 3 - 4 machines at once, keeping others from them. Usually very smoke filled. I have been there several times, usually see at least one drug deal inside casino or by doors. Machines are tight, staff and customers rude.

Trash and drug addicts! My wife and I were the classiest people in the place but we arent from the area and will not return. Drive the extra miles to Durant or Thackerville if you want to gamble at a real casino and have some fun along side some cool/friendly Texans. We like a more "Diverse" crowd also, seemed oddly separated to us?? Weird.. Didnt see anyone winning any money either.. I guess this is "Tulsas finest? " Smh

The Bar tenders in the main bar are generally nice. I know one person who works in the Poker room that I would say is nice. Dont mess with any of their regulars or family who play there, it wont turn out good. I did like the poker room for a time until I realize that they cater to family who plays there. I would recommend one of the two Big, Clean, casinos in Tulsa over this place kinda nasty, to many panhandlers.

OUT OF TOWNERS BEWARE! Very low payback around 30% on your dollar. Casino dark has nasty feeling about it. It is unregulated which means they dont have to pay anything. They have people that win every time they go in. Thats the problem with unregulated casinos nobody can check their books to know if the money goes to people that are related to the works or programmers.
