Excellent service (2 people to open the doors!), well maintained, clean facility, from a janitorial perspective. Smoking is allowed (allowed either passively, or by their house rules?). There are very few mainstream gaming machines. I saw a few Bally slots, and about 8 IGT slots, but most were "VGT" brand or similar unknowns with odd theme bezels / reels. The slots here are pretty tight (they dont pay out frequently, or with high dollars, per this, and my previous visit), and they use pay out with paper "vouchers", with a fake "coins dropping" recording through low fidelity speakers (sorry, I want real coins as payout, and I dont choose to consider our think about what it takes to maintain and keep slots "real"). Staff truly has a great attitude. But for me, this site lost a star mostly due to smoke in the facility. Not having my favorite IGT themed machines, and not having real coin payout was a disappointment. The smoke alone is worth losing a star, the poor slot specs just cinches the rating.

Normal unregulated Cherokee casino pays around 35%. Not worth stop if traveling. Let locals pay for this place. Kansas casinos by law will pay 85%. Thats over twice what you get at Cherokee Casinos! All Cherokee casinos should be off limits until they become regulated by state agencies. All Oklahomans should be writing to their state legislature to start a gaming commission that regulates the Indian casinos in Oklahoma. If you dont want to write just google state legislature in your county. There will be link to fill a complaint. The new pact will be up in the year 2020. If enough of us complain they will be regulated. They will have to post their true payouts. The state of Oklahoma should be receiving more than $4000.00 income taxes for every $100,000.00 profit from the tribes. They pay no federal income tax. We have some of the lowest payed teachers and some of the worst roads in the United States.

Normally with a small casino you tend to feel the lack of trying, that they are there only for money... NOT HERE! This casino has the ambiance of a big casino with a hometown friendly feel. The players club staff are always making sure your having a great time. (Make sure to stop by and see how Marci is doing... shes a hoot and a half) And even the security staff is friendly and fun. Plenty of parking and plenty of room in that parking for larger trucks... clean dining and restroom areas... and the drink prices are not outrageous. I love their drawings and the special guests they bring in. This is the kind of casino ran by people you want to see do good and grow.

Poor customer service and hospitality! They practice entrapment with South Coffeyville Police Department to increase revenue for the city by stopping cars for fog lights on or for tailgate down on a truck, with no other probable cause. Then police will drive 2 miles at a speed greater than speed limit to catch up with vehicle which turned into private establishment then states he had lights on while on highway, to try to give a ticket for not yielding, however witnesss and video show lights on after on private property. Reality is any excuse for a ticket they will give to bring in revenue for city.

Been there a dozen times and a dozen times I lost. If you play with a card like me, you will not win. Seen other people win without a players card in. The place if you go to try and win money. Its a joke your better off just either giving them your cash and go on down the road or throwing it into the wind and watch it go. It be a lot more fun. Im serious no payouts here. The place is a horrible casino they dont pay......

Very rude we came in our Bob tailed big truck some smart ass guy came out said we cant park there I could see if we had a trailer on but we didnt but yet they let rvs park which was a heck of alot bigger than us but thats fine you wont get our money then...

Another losing trip to Coffeyville Casino. I am not sure if they are going out of business so they just dont care but they dont seem to pay out any money anymore. I would recommend going somewhere else. Good luck
