The following reasons are why I only gave Newcastle 2 stars. First, you removed all the games that people like myself like to play. Kaboom, Open the Vault etc. Those games are cheaper to play when Im out for an evening but dont have much money. You replaced those games with games that you have to pay more to play. Third, the bonuses on the games are ridiculous!!! Example: I was playing .90 cents on the Moolah. Went into the bonus, received over 80 spins. Bonus paid $84 dollars!!! That sucked!!! The bonuses are what we are striving to get while playing the game. To my understanding, the bonuss are what is suppose to pay more!!! Much more!!! Fourth, everyone in my family that come out there are still receiving coupons to play. I havent received anything from you guys in almost 2 months. I was getting coupons, then they just stopped coming! Im still coming to play (sometimes) but the coupons stopped and I at times, was playing with my card so I stopped using the card. Fifth, the new restaurant does not compare to Blackjack Grill quality. The food is not better!!!! I use to enjoy coming there. I live about 10 minutes away. It was my favorite place to play. Not anymore!!!!!! I understand the casino is in the business to make money. We (your patrons) are there to make money also. Especially when we have spent thousands of dollars at your place. I get the impression that you guys only want to take our money but not give hardly any back!! Not fair!! Not right!!!!

Listen to my advice: you will lose money by going to casino, the quickest and fastest way to destroy your wealth. First of all, most of the 4-5 stars rating are coming from their Casinos marketing department. Anyhow, never lose your money at this nonsense "bingo hall", I wouldnt call this shack a casino. They will cheat you every way, their machines have the lowest payout, their table games are the worse, they hired dealers are rude and lack of customer services. Try to win then you will see the floor managers turn into some ass immediately. Their comps system is the sustandard, second-rate, and faulty as I personally ever experienced; you probably have to spend $1000 to receive $1. You probably lost $5000 to receive less than $10 in comps. Try to go to Firelake, Riverwind, Winstar, Choctaw. You might not win, but at least you will have comps and perks and enjoy better air quality. Please avoid New Castle, the Devilish Casino. The Satan will eventually destroy your wealth, family, and capture your souls. You dont believe me, wait about a few months and read my messages again. Simply, avoid all casinos.

NEVER go to this Casino or any of the Chickasaw Nations Entertainment, those Indians will garnish everything you saved, your dream, your hope, your retirements, your children college funds, your mortgage, your possession, your husband wife and children. Its okay to play here when they give you free money or bonuses . Im not impressed with The games in the new section thats attached to the parking garage. They cost more to play and they seem to pay less. I do love the new parking garage. I hate to drive around fighting other cars do the same as I am looking to find a close space. But not finding one having to park out on the North 40 and walk forever. So I love the parking garage. THANKS! Wendy. without her telling me I honestly would have never tried to park there. Its closer and you have covered walking all the way into the casino. The food is WAY to expensive now since they built the "New" restaurant (Kitchen 44). They went up quite a bit on the prices of EVERYTHING. I suggests eating before you go, unless you want to pay $8 for a burger that tastes like $2 and be charged $2 more dollars for a drink that is free just 5 feet away outside the restaurants entrance.

Should be zero stars tonite. The a/c is not working and my phone thermostat said it was 84 degrees... INSIDE! I have gambled here since it was a Conoco gas station in the early 90s, and always play close to the same way and same amt of money, without fail. However they stopped giving any kind of rewards play 3 months ago and when I asked the players club desk what changed, I was informed that I "obviously dont spend enough time or money.." without even asking to see my card. Since the other Chickasaw casinos still send the rewards (better too), and half the machines here are messed up making it impossible to enter your PIN anyway, this was my last trip to this casino. Just an fyi, Im not a sore loser, I was winning, the heat in the casino made it unbearable along with the crappy attitudes. Maybe they should spend more time on a/c maintenance and customer service versus the all the lame commercials.

Newcastle has its good points and bad points. For one thing if you go during the contests, dont expect to win anything. As long as I dont put my card in I can play for several hours, but if I put my players card in during a contest the machines eat all of my money at twice the speed. Plus, the rumors that employees are allowing their friends to win the contests all the time throws me off. The same rumor was going around at Riverwind and I just stopped going during contests. I win better if I go after the contest ends or early in the day. The good points are scratch cards on Monday have been lucky for me. If I only have $40 and I go just after midnight I can usually play for a few hours. I very rarely leave this casino with money. Its mostly just for having a little fun with my family.

Very disappointing, we live and visit casinos in Navada all the time and have never been treated like this. My family and I were passing through and decided to have dinner and take a few minutes to have a few of us gamble as we waited. As we got into the casino we were stopped and told that we could not pass through to the dinner because of my 6 year old and as detained as the floor agent called security to verify that. First I have no problem walking quickly through to a dinner with my son but for us to be held there as he verified something he should have already known. Second a sign or something on the web page that I did check before arriving stating this would have been helpful.
