It was just an awesome time. I had never done anything like it before and was a bit nervous but the guides were so encouraging and you could tell they truly loved it and had the knowledge. After that first rappel I was hooked. We got to try four different rappels in our session and the views and terrain for each one was really different from the last. The place was just beautiful - a really great place to hang out : ) It was a really easy drive from Columbus, a perfect afternoon adventure. I am already ready to go again. Cant wait!

Absolutely unbelievable! At 55 with no experience it was just on the bucket list, one that Steve from High Rock made possible! 5 girls 15 to 55 climbed 3 mountain face rocks and along the hike of that beautiful mountain Steve taught us about the trees & plants & even offered up some to taste to keep our thirst down while climbing. Kent was our 1st guide on the 1st rock & he took the time to teach us valuable lessons on rock climbing & Steve was our guide on the other 2 rocks and what I can say is its exhilarating. You Guys Rock!!

High Rock Adventure sure has a lot to offer any outdoor/climbing enthusiasts. The professionally trained tour guides are full of ways to help you identify with your surroundings and outdoor safety. The hiking trails flow among an abundance of knowledge covering natural edible plants to a local wild Orchid, which your guide will share with you. The property at High Rock Adventures must have some of the best rock formations around and it is conveniently located a short drive from rt 33.

High Rock Adventures in Hocking Hills is an awesome way to get outside and enjoy the beauty! They have very informative tours where you learn about native plants and animals as you climb through towering rock formations. Also available, which I want to experience some day soon, are rappelling and rock climbing. So get your walking shoes on and get to High Rock Adventures!!

Great first-time experience rappelling with my husband and 13 year old son! Safety came first and we all felt comfortable moving forward, or downward! Beautiful pristine property with really cool rock features... leave no trace! Small backpack was helpful for water/camera. Thanks, Steve & Duran!

The other day, I went rappelling. It was insane. Pretty much, you got to walk down cliffs, and one was even 90 feet high. Overall, a very fun experience. The guides were also very nice people.
