I can honestly and accurately describe a legitimate "1-star" business now. Make sure you mention that youre new to the hobby and really want to learn all you can so as not to harm your plants and fish and youll be greeted with a chuckling "youre what I like to call a newbie" attitude and have multiple unanswered questions. Most items are marked up higher than the chains and are hard to get to due to dusty overcrowding 100 gallon tanks in the way of most the stock. Every tank, literally, was grimy and needed lots of work. Petsmart is around the corner with ample supplies and friendly semi-knowledgeable staff (could definitely use a restock of freshwater plants - most were well past their time).

We went to check it out and when we got there a lady started screaming because her dogs were running around and she didnt want them to get out while we were walking in (which is understandable) then she was just plain out rude to us. She said they dont have fish also they were close. She said they dont open until April (obviously their hours on here are incorrect). She then told us everything is on clearance which was some aquarium things but it all looked very old. We will never go here again it was a waste of time. We were looking to buy fish and their main pic is all fish yet they dont have fish?!? It was the oddest experience for us. I recommend that you dont waste your time going here.

Like the one user said place is a joke they dont know about anything also they are very short with you and try rushing you out.Will never go back there dont even know how they been open as long as they have been. The lady there is rude and never even seen the guy she would go outside and ask him everything. people dont waste time going here like them sink with there over price stuff and fish.Better off going online and getting supplies you get them at half the price. Never again here ever.

Several times Ive tried going to this establishment during their posted business hours and they have their closed sign up. Twice there were people inside just staring at us behind the locked door. I was prepared to spend some serious cash there but they refuse to be helpful at all. Every time I call they never answer the phone. Obviously these people are not interested in running a successful business therefore they will get none of mine.

The two times I have visited this location they have always been extremely rude and the store is full of cigarette smoke. They are rarely open during operating hours. Very unprofessional . Im not sure how they stay in business.

Just as bad as others described. The supplies are ancient and half the fish look diseased. EVERY tank needs to be cleaned. Plus its obvious the owners smoke inside the building... Gross.
