This place is absolutely ridiculous. My boyfriend was accused of punching wall props. s was absolutely inaccurate. We were escorted out 10 minutes into the attraction so we asked to speak to the manager/owner. We told him that no one in our group was doing anything wrong, we were walking down a long hallway when a female clown came up grabbed my boyfriend and said he needed to leave. We were all shocked at this. We asked if the attraction had cameras, they said they did. He went to the back and asked the girl who accused him of hitting the props her side of the story. When he came back he said "three different people confirmed my boyfriend of hitting props." There was nothing he could do. We asked him to review the tapes, he refused and said he didnt have time to do that. I spent $50 there that night for 10 minutes and be wrongfully accused. We were absolutely willing to review the tapes to prove our innocence because we all knew that we never did anything wrong. Then the owner Ed Short even jumped through the window and tried intimidating my sister-in-law. We were all very upset. We at least wanted to prove through the video tapes that we did nothing wrong, and he wasnt even willing to do that. his was absolute horrible service and the owner in particular due to his vulgar language towards his customers, very unprofessional. I hope when he watches back his tapes that he realizes that his employee that accused customers of wrong doing is a complete idiot and I hope she is FIRED!!!!!!!

I remember going to this haunted house many moons ago (when they first started). I believe they were located in an old shopping center, but I am not one hundred percent on that. Back then, it was good, but it wasnt great. However, the new and improved version of Chambers of Horrors is more than worth the $12 entry fee. From the very start (when your waiting in line), the excitement begins, and only gets better from there. From the sets to the props and actors, you will NOT be let down with Chambers of Horrors. The simple fact that the building itself is beautifully crafted is an added bonus to the attraction, but the use of space in the actual structure is superb. The stage setting and props are only half of the excitement that you will find behind those walls. I have been to many a haunted house and never have I seen a great performance by the actors. The likeliness of the actors in the Chambers of Horror being theatre majors in some local college, but the way they work together to provide the visitors the thrills and chills they came for is impossibly amazing! From trap doors, to tight closed in spaces, and the most inconspicuous of props, youre sure to get a kick out of this amazing attraction! If I had more than two hands, I would give more than two thumbs up! This is a must see each Halloween season!!!!!!

I am a haunted house enthusiast and went to the chamber last night because it was close to a friends house. What a surprise to find out that this place ROCKS! It is by far the best haunted house I have been to in a VERY long time. They actually use actors to scare you which not many places do now a days. Not only did they use people, but the people actually enjoyed scaring. They put on a show, not just jumped out, screamed, and hid for the next group. The props they did have, moving walls, elevator to hell, were awesome. Was blown away to find out that this will be their last year. I highly suggest you go check it out before its gone. I will be bringing everyone I know there next weekend. Oh ya, and I forgot to mention its half the price of the other places for twice the scares. Good work on having a great haunted house, not just a cattle line of people that are there to give you cash and get rushed through.

WOW, what a great experience at The Chambers of Horror!! A fantastic price, for 30 minutes of AUTHENTIC SCARES! If you are in Middletown, forget the Land of Illusions, and go here instead! The whole experience was exactly what we were hoping for - a good scare that didnt make us feel like we were rushed!! We never saw the group ahead of us, or behind us! They take you in groups of 4-6, which allows for a great scare. There are so many different types of scare rooms that all have different scare vibes. The staff is awesome! Cash only, so be sure to take some before you venture out! Oh, and have an extra $5 at the end for the coffin ride! You literally are put in a coffin for 3-5 minutes and are bounced around as you travel in the hearse to the cemetery to be buried... alive!! Loved it!!

One of the very few haunts in the United States that utilizes great acting and timing to get their scares instead of other haunts using cheesy electronics that you see coming a mile away. If you want to get scared and I mean scared...Go to The Chambers. Its well worth your time, money and effort. Heck they are the cheapest around too but are well worth way more than $13 per person. You cant beat it. Why waste your money somewhere else and not even get scared when I know The Chambers will get you. You can read everyones review of the place at the end and everyone of them raves about how great The Chambers is. Dont go by these fabricated review boards that are paid to tell you that these other haunts are good. Well if they are good, then The Chambers is most excellent indeed!

I actually pissed myself the first time I went through this haunted house. Unlike any other haunted house you have ever been in before. These guys are excellent on scaring you and making you feel uneasy the entire time, even before you pay to get in. They have all the movie favorites and some of their own creations that you will never forget. If want to really get scared...I suggest The Chambers of Horror for your one and only choice.

Well worth it!! I went on a Friday night with my teenage son and his girlfriend! The line wasnt bad. There are gouls outside to add to the fun of it! It took us about 40 mins to walk through it. I dont get scared easy, but I had a few jumps and scares! My sons girlfriend was terrified at the end! It can get pretty intense! Its a "Must See" attraction this Halloween!! Not recommended for small children though... Happy Halloween!!

I LOVED this haunted house Im so sad to see it go (its their last year). The only reason they arent top dog in all of cincy is lack of advertisement. They dont rush everyone thru like cattle, they take their time and make sure you get scared sh*tless! I loved it!! The clown that stalked my wife all the way to our car deserves a raise ;)

Went last night. Sorry to hear that it is ending. First time there and it was the best I have been to this year. Loved it. Loved the moving walls. If you are haunted housing this year this is a must before it is to late.
