Venue looked simply beautiful and was stocked with anything soon to be married couples could want... except for decent customer service. We went for a tour, and it felt like the lady did not want to talk to us. She never smiled and just did not appear like she wanted to be there. Im not really picky, but if Im planning to drop multiple thousands on your product, Id like a little customer service... heck a smile would have been enough. The moment we walked in it felt like she just assumed we wouldnt book the wedding there because of our age and so she made it feel like we were a waste of her time. Well I guess the feeling is mutual now. Keep in mind this review was based off a tour, not an actual wedding. Im sure if we actually moved to the next step or had a more interested employee it would have gone fine, hence the generous 3/5.

I went to a lovely wedding reception here and the facility was lovely and I dont know if they had anything to do with the food but it was awesome. Nice venue for a smallish wedding 100 to 120 people.

Attended a wedding here and although it doesnt look like much from the street, its actually really nice. It has great views of the lake and plenty of room inside.

Great overlook of the water and the food was excellent. Some of the interior and exterior is dated and thats the reason for some star deduction. Nice overall.

Here for a friends wedding. Outdoor wedding was reasonably shaded, nice setup. Food and services were good. Cant think of anything negative!

Nice venue, but the staff was very personable. They didnt even take us to see the outdoor areas when we went for a tour
