Got tickets for the Blaze and Headless Horseman and as a member, they are free events. Great right? Only when I booked our free tickets and needed to change it to an open night (tix still available) they wouldnt let us change our reservation. Things happen unexpectedly and had I known about this policy, I would not have become a member. I feel cheated and I am very disgusted. Dont get a membership. This nonsense is not worth it.
