Let me first say coming to visit Niagara Falls with my family was amazing until I stepped into this restaurants, First they tried to set my family of four next to the gift while there was so many tables open more within the restaurant it was very spacious, Second the waitress was very kind but clueless on customer service when it comes to cleaning up messes. She spilled a drink it went everywhere and we werent even offered a new table, She cleaned up the top but all of the drink was under the table, all over our feet just spreading. It was a very uncomfortable atmosphere while trying to eat, So then I had to get up and ask for a new table for my family, our waitress said Ok but instead sent a guy over in the middle of our eating and went between us with a towel and tried to clean up in which the other side of the table was still completely wet. I was so very disappointed I was ready to walk out with my entire family, I asked again for another table and we were finally moved. I understand accidents but ignorance I do not tolerate. We are a black family an which I dont believe it was about race but I do wonder how would they treat any other family. I spoke to the manger Mr.Drew and he was kind enough to give us a discount for our trouble and continued to check up on us to make sure everything was alright. We tipped our waitress Lauren a $10 and left peacefully.

I went to this resturant at lunch time and the place was very busy. Much to my surprise service was alot better than i expected, due to the number of people. Our waitress was EXCELLENT. She was around enough to be helpful. Hard to explain around just enough not to much where it becomes annoying like poping in everytime you take a bite and not to little like when your kid launches your fork to the other side of the place and it takes your server 25-30 minutes to drop in. Drinks were kept full, Food was very good. Also the menu has a wide variety high end bar food to few classic dishes. When my waitress went on her break her co-worker steped in and carried on in the excellent service. I was amazed by the quality of service i recieved. Not 5 star resturant, but again its not priced that way either. It has a nice atmosphere. Personaly i thought it was a good value.

I went there to order take out. I ordered the take-out ribs and waited at the bar. While at the bar I was severed by one of the best bartenders ever that gave me the best cranberry/vodka I have ever had while waiting about 11 minutes. Long story short, the ribs I got were some of the best Ive ever had, the staff were awesome unlike the Fridays a block over that just hangs up on you when placing an order. Regardless , this place makes some of the best ribs you may ever have. Im from Cleveland and was here on business but I will come back anytime time duty calls. A+ I wish I could remember the bartenders name, it started with a B incase anyone one can vouche 6/2/15 9:15pm Great place, great taste and great price.

Pre-booked a group of 50. Marketing hostess in charge of group was a disaster. "Customer Last" must have been the motto. Can we pre-order to expedite things? NO! Can we get separate cheques per family? NO! Can we get the correct order (after the hostess takes them)? NO! What you will get is: -pre-billed, - what is brought out, not what you ordered. -publicly scolded if you attempt to shortcut one of their ridiculous "policies". -and one big fat bill, that includes an 18% gratuity I really hope the Niagara Falls Hard Rock location loses business as a result of this write-up. Please find somewhere else. TGI Fridays is right down the street and is far far superior in Food, Price, and being generally accommodating.

We ordered a chicken mustard sandwich and the food was really delicious. The coleslaw at the side was fresh and slightly sweet, fries were perfectly cooked crispy on the outside and soft inside. The burger was super tasty, from the cheese to the grilled chicken and sauces, everything was really good. Amazing thing was food came quickly. We only waited about 10 mins from the point we ordered to being served, granted it wasnt a crowded afternoon. Theres also a lot of nice decorations around the place. To be honest, I thought Hard Rock Cafe was a big MNC and had low expectations but this cafe impressed me with its speed, quality and experience.

So we choose this place cause we were tired of walking and was hungry. The atmosphere is pretty good, a little expensive but it is hard rock cafe so kinda expectant. We ordered our drinks and that came no problem but after about two rounds of drinks and almost 40 mins with no apps. I was not happy. I complained to the hostess cause no one else was around then about 5 minutes later the food came... Our main dishes... And we were asked "how is everything?" Really? How about wheres the appetizers we ordered damn near 45 mins ago? Anyway, they forgot to give us our food but not the drinks... Really.. So yea not recommending this place.

Well I am a vegan and this is not your typical vegan location. They have a couple vegetarian entrees, but they arent vegan and yet I am giving this place 5 stars. I had the veggie burger. Its not vegan because usually it comes with a bun that has an egg wash, the onions are cooked with something non-vegan and it comes with cheese. They are getting 5 stars from me because they made me a great burger that was vegan even though its not on the menu. They replaced the buns with sourdough bread and gave me guacamole at no extra cost. The burger was great and the staff was very nice and made sure that I had something enjoyable.

Everything here was excellent. The service from the hostess, server, and management was grest. We were seated immediately upon arrival, our server was very attentive even though he was extremely busy,even the manager on duty was going around and checking on tables. The chicken club sandwich is something that I would normally not order, but decided to try it, and it was very good. The only real complaint is parking in the area is expensive due to location by the falls, so if you want to eat here, make a day of it and leave your car parked in one lot.

Some of the food were good. But some were just horrible. But the worst part is, the waiter was so rude and unprofessional. Two of my friends took a bite from their food and didnt touch it again. The waiter didnt even ask us what went wrong with the food. Any other professional place, they wouldnt even charge you for the food you couldnt eat. He just took the plates away without giving a s***. Also he gave us the check right after we started eating. There was not much crowd and it was not closing time. Ive never seen this before.

Great food and Brandy was an awesome bartender. Our hostess experience was not good at all. We almost turned around and went somewhere else to spend our $95. Chelsea told us we couldnt sit at a table if we were only having drinks and an appetizer. After standing around waiting for her to come back we saw her moving the high top chairs to the bar. She came back to us and said "there" and plopped us at the bar. What difference it made we werent sure. Thankfully Brandy made up for it.
