Stated I wouldnt pay $5 cover to drink after 1am(being last call) as Im walking away with a friend. I was approached aggressively by the door man, telling me it was for the live band and theres a difference... I dont care if its for the live band that I didnt hear playing. If its past last call and you approach me aggressively after I didnt give you any problems and wasnt being obnoxious, theres a problem!

Besides being one door away from the "Center" of the Downtown Nightlife - which means EVERY night theres action - and every night theres lots of police and their horses, The Whiskey has a house Sound Man and the sound system, decent bathrooms and awesome clientele.

THE WHISKEY ROCKS!!! Cool local bands as well as touring acts... Un pretentious atmosphere and strong drinks!! The Band Rocket 77 played the night I was there and they melted faces!! I will be back again and again!!
