This one attendant is extremely rude, the bowling balls are chipped and dirty, the arcade games are busted up and outdated, the food there is overpriced for something i could get in a bulk pack at the market for less, the pin setters at the end of the lanes miss pins or drop pins, the gutter bumpers are broken to pieces, the bathroom is cramped, the red and white rental shoes are falling apart, and the scoreboards read the wrong score every 4-5 throws and all of that could be tolerated and looked past if it at least looked appealing. With dim lights, lack of smiles and carpeting that looks like it hasnt been steam cleaned in decades this place just screams boring. If it werent for that fact that its practically the only local bowling alley in all of Brooklyn i wouldnt even waste my time.

Had a birthday party for the kids and the kids did have a good time. My complaint is the way they charge for it, at $24 per child they get bowling, only 1 slice per kid, some fruit punch and water, ohh and 1 bag of chips! I was ok with all of that but the surprise $85 gratuity charge on the bill was not expected. The lady said "its in the contact", RIGHT! so I paid a $4 tip per child for the waitress to set up pizza, chips and serve some drinks of which I was assisting. Oh and be prepared to pay CASH ONLY, all in all the kids has a good time but the surprise bill and the bowling staff (except the waitress) need an upgrade.

I have been coming to this alley since I was a child. It has been a long time since I was back and I am so sad to say even though it its under new management , there has been not one single improvement. The food was overpriced and unappealing. The menu board was old and dusty and the item selection was bare. Credit cards arent accepted and the ATM fee is $2.30. The service was mediocre and not one employee actively helped me after I asked 2x for assistance finding a ball that fit. According to one of the employees they are all random balls and nothing really fits anyone. I wont be going back. No thanks

I dont like the old lady at the bar food is over priced and I bought a pizza that was mad smallpox wasnt even worth it pizza was for a little kid for 3 after I asked the guy over the counter was it good and was it worth it and he was like yeah then I was going to change it to a meal and the lady was like no she was very rude and I would never order from there she just made me not even wanna bowl anymore they need to shut her down cause she can cause bad ratings to this place just because her actions

Manager was rude and outright lied. He repeatedly called customers dead brains. Towards the end of our game we noticed there was unlimited play that night. We approached him and he refused to give us unlimited play claiming that we came at 9:40. When we realized unlimited play began at 9:30 he said, "Well you didnt ask." One of the machines was broken and didnt set the pins properly but that didnt matter as much as how badly we were treated. Im not surprised to see all the one star reviews...

This probably is not the fanciest bowling place around, but it has a homey feeling. The lanes work, and there is a small but decent arcade. I wold suggest that you bring cash as the food service does not take cards, but there is an ATM so it might not matter if you dont mind usage fees. Its a really great place to bring kids since there is a pizza store down the block and a park across the street.

Really crappy service on the weekends too. You cant even charge your phone here, and they have heavy security for a place that is supposed to be for family fun. It also looks beat down and old and they dont really have an arcade either. It isnt worth the money. The bowling alleys in the city are MUCHHHHH better. Just hop on a to one of those. Because this place SUCKSSSSS!!!!

- My friends said the lanes were crooked and uneven, I had the games of my life. I think they just suck at bowling #dontblamethelanes - Snack bar is kind of expensive at $13 for chicken/fry/soda meal - Fully stocked bar if you want to chill, or bowl inebriated - It was kind of weird they let ppl bowl with their street shoes on, once they ran out of shoes

Dummest place ever......they dont let you BOWL AT ALL on Friday And Saturday night if your under 21..because the bar is to lazy to take your ID so they make you present your ID at the entrance and dont let you in if your under 21....which is really F**ked up And really unfair for people who are just looking to bowl and have a good time

With its size over 30,000 sq ft strike 10 is the largest bowling center in Brooklyn. Fully handicap accessable, 34 lanes, Large spacious Bar, food and beverage center, wonderful employees always willing to assist you, nice and cold AC in the summer, 2 LARGE parking lots. Overall a great place to bowl, have fun and meet people.......

Kids had fun, but management definitely needs to hire staff. There should not be a single girl taking payments, giving shoes, and returning shoes and answering questions on a busy afternoon. Poor girl was being harassed left and right. She was working instead of 3 people. Place could be much better if management hires more staff.

Absolute dive. Bowling ally mechanics are a joke, hardly any balls to use ... Seating is hard to come by and the quality of the house balls are pathetic. 3 games for 3 are 66$ and didnt refund after 2hrs of struggling with the ally. Dont come here, poke yourself with a hot iron instead, cheaper and less painful. Avoid.

I love going there after school with my friends for their cheap weekday prices but on fridays and saturday night when me and my friends dont have anything to do we are not allowed in after 9 without a perent. What are a buch of teenagers supposed to do on a friday or saturday night when anything we could do wont let us in

The absolute worst I repeat worst customer service I have ever received. The game machines and the air hockey steal money and there was only one attendant at the counter. If u think this place is a go because its closer to where u live in distance, youll regret it. Next time Ill just go to the city..

Didnt offer group discount because it was a "holiday" one lane that my friends were playing on had multiple difficulties and the staff was not polite with handling the situation. If you go with a small group it will probably be a smoother process. The plus side my group enjoyed the arcade area.

Horrible place. Everything is outdated for the price you pay. Its dirty. Everything is broken pretty much. With all those people going there I dont know how theyre not fixing the lanes or actually have it look like a bowling alley. I will never go here again, waste of money.

The staff was annoying and mean, the food was horrible and got me and my friends sick, there were children running around everywhere getting in everyones way, and EVERYTHING was over priced. Over all, we had a terrible time and will never go back. EVER.
