Theres a huge problem at the boat ramp every weekend. We pay for access to the ramp and trailer parking, but, every weekend the trailer parking spots are taken by cars with no permit or sticker. The park does not enforce the no car parking, which means we cannot get out on the boat. The people parking there for their childrens sports must find somewhere else to park. I hope the officials will start enforcing the right for only boat trailers to be in those spots. Even the handicapped spot is taken by cars with no handicap permit!!

Fantastic local park...If you only used the fields near Merrick Road, youd never know the park is on the water and has a boat launch. Parking can be tough when there are many events going on. Also, leaving and turning left onto Merrick Road from the western exit can be hazardous. There is always the eastern exit where there is a light and you can safely turn left or right into Merrick Road. The paved path around the park is a terrific place to take children who are new to riding a bike.

Been going here since I was just a little kid and its a nice small park I always loved the swings and playing here with friends, or looking at the bird nest underneath the building right next to the playground area. Ive also gone fishing right at the docks on the other side. I have fond memories here from ex-dates to simply having fun. Great place

My kids go to the turkey trot each year with the WBSHS Marching band to cheer on the runners. My son ran this year and he came in 35 out of 1500 people. Great race for a wonderful cause leukemia and lymphoma society. Check it out next year. Thanksgiving morning at 9am.

Most populated park and worst facilities. Basketball courts are decades old and 3 out of 4 hoops are either too short or too high. Unfortunate that they cant be redone considering how many people play.Basketball courts need attention badly.

Great town park. A lot of local sports of all ages played here. The town provides concerts for the residents as well. Also, the boat ramp is a huge hit for the locals who dont live on the water.

Great park. If you like a sport, chances are you can play it here. Basketball and tennis courts. Football and soccer fields. Batting cages, etc. & a 9/11 memorial.

They have lots of tennis, basketball and handball courts, all in good shape. The lights for the courts stay on till 10 pm, which is awesome.
