Dear Sir; I wanted to commend your staff on how they handled the problem we encountered on Monday at Chestnut Hill. I had made a tee time booking way in advance, knowing that I would be down there. I also sent a confirming email a week ahead confirming that our plans remained unchanged and we would be honouring our reservation for 11:00 am on Monday. It appeared to me when we arrived to play that you had, in the interim, booked a full course tournament and would not be able to honour our tee time reservation. Your staff acted quickly and very pleasantly and as I understand, contacted you. We were more than pleased when not only did you arrange an alternate course for us to play at, but your staff also went into the til and gave us the cash to play at the alternate course. We did head off to the Buffalo Tournament Club as you had arranged and had a very enjoyable round of golf on a beautiful afternoon. You went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction in light of the situation and we left with nothing but respect for you and your staff. Thank you. We hope we do have the opportunity to play your course in the future.

I have played at the Club for many years and find it to be one of the best Public courses in the area. The greens are usually good and the fairways are challenging and well cared for. There is enough water to keep the best players on their toes. The personnel are all very friendly and helpful. Billy Jo is an all around dynamo, handling day to day duties, overseeing the kitchen, managing the Tournaments as well as the dinners for them. Eileen is t the pro-shop and takes care of all the calls for tee-times. All in all, it is a well run Country Club, and I recommend it to everyone in Western and Central NY

Great course! Prices are great as well, especially for twilight golf (After 6pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends). The course is well cared for and is very enjoyable to play. Difficulty is just right for any golfer. There are some tougher holes but the course is accommodating for any skill level.

Good course, offers a nice variety between the holes. Course is fairly wide open, allowing for you to potentially find & play errant t-shots.

Place was terrible staff was super unfriendly especially the ranger, tee boxes looked like someone drove over them in the cart
