Ive now been to two weddings at the Timberlodge and they were both beautiful. The space is lovely, and has that sort of pinterest-worthy rustic feel. Both ceremonies were in an outside area, but one (in October) had the area closed off and heated. The food at both weddings was very good for banquet food. Interestingly, since Im not a vegetarian, the standout dish was an eggplant parmesean that was just gorgeous. I had the opportunity to sit at both the head table and a not-head table; a lot of times that means a huge difference in food quality but here it was not a marked drop. The service is okay. Friendly but not super efficient, especially considering how many servers they had running around. The door to the kitchen opens right onto where people are standing and waiting for the bar, and waitstaff were slamming that door open like there was no tomorrow. They have a dance floor off the main room that is technically outside but is covered and has roll down flaps (think a big tent). It was nice to have the dance floor/music completely separate from the bar and tables, so you could carry on a conversation. One thing that I would definitely keep in mind before booking this venue is the air conditioning. For a wedding in October, the temperature was perfect. For a wedding at the end of August, it was sweltering hot. They had the doors closed throughout dinner with signs about improving the AC efficiency, but the only place that seemed air conditioned was the bathroom. One of the other guests mentioned the heat to a server, who said "this is nothing, it gets a lot hotter." Which, oof. Temperature is definitely something to factor in to the decision-making process here.

The Timberlodge was the most perfect setting for our wedding reception! From the beginning, Anna was so kind and professional! She almost immediately e-mailed me back every time I had a question, especially the last week leading up to the wedding. We met Ciera the Thursday before our wedding and she was there during the reception! Both ladies were so amazing and accommodating! The rustic elegance was exactly what we wanted! I dropped off all of our decorative/non perishable items and the set up crew must have known us, because when we entered the venue everything was in the perfect spot and every person who stepped foot inside (including me and my husband) were amazed at how gorgeous the space was. If you want a beautifully rustic and affordable wedding reception venue, you are missing out if you dont use the Timberlodge!

In summary, the Timberlodge at Arrowhead is an amazing venue to host the once-in-a-lifetime event – a family wedding our daughters wedding this past June 30, 2017. The layout is perfect for large gatherings and provides ample space for attendees to mingle throughout the evening (cocktail hour, dinner buffet, continued open bar, coffee-tea station, dessert table and outdoor activities).The Timberlodge team services only your event and not multiple events– one at a time with compassion, quick responses to calls and emails to all involved, providing support with tedious detail, and one-on-one service that clients desire and expect for such a special event. In summary, Timberlodge would receive 110% approval and recommendation with seamless service from the initial meetings until the end of the event evening.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception here. It was fantastic. Not only did the staff make planning easier (sending email reminders, being really responsive through email and phone calls), but the wedding day itself went smoothly and everyone had a really good time. A couple that attended our wedding and reception are actually planning to have their reception here because of their great experience!

A very nice look to hide all the flaws. Urinal spits water all over floor and guests.Food lacking... This place used to be good when it was first open. Very poor
