My Wife and i found ourselves looking for something to do after lunch. We wandered into the small, but bright and friendly MoCada museum and were very surprised, not only by the quality of the work , but the knowledge and passion of the staff. We left very impressed!

Just more of the same- stories of police brutality and violence against the black community. Which is true, but inflammatory and sad so its not what I was hoping to see in the museum. Its really small, only one room, but still is emotionally gripping.

I have meant to visit MoCADA ever since I moved to Brooklyn, but didnt make it until today and I was thoroughly impressed. The featured exhibit, the use of multiple media, the space, everything far exceeded my expectations. I will be supporting.
