By far one of the worst experiences going to the movies Ive ever had! I understand being new has some kinks to work out, but if places are going to hire a manager then they need to provide more training. A manager rang me up for food and had no clue what was included in a combo. And when I asked why the price was so much higher than what shows on the menu he couldnt even tell me why, or the fact of providing options for the meal but leaving out the fact that the options he provided were an additional cost. I finally provided my card for payment and the machine broke so he couldnt give me a recent. He then called for another manager and he said my payment didnt go through and they rang me up again. Only to my surprise when I woke up the nto ft day to check my bank account I was in fact charged twice. I went on 2 separate occasions and made sure to speak with the same manager (different than who rang me up) both times, only to be told there wasnt anything they could do and to call customer service!!! What kind of service is that?!?! I know have to be inconvenienced because of an error one of your employees made. On top of having to wait about a week or 2 just to be refunded!!! I will definitely be sticking with AMC from now on!

It is nice to see that a new local movie theater reopened, because the last theater was atrocious and the movies looked so dark. After years of going to AMC, i watched lego batman here, Logan in RPX and i will be going to see another flick tonight. The theater looks clean, food looks great, and the recline seats is a plus. I have a few concerns. People come in all shapes and sizes and i believe these chairs cant accommodate all which i think is unfair. Also watching Logan in RPX was disappointing. To be honest, i didnt notice a difference between that and watching a standard movie. Especially after spending $5 extra. I noticed the screen couldve expanded a tad bit but it just looked the same to me. No noticable difference whatsoever. After years of watching movies in IMAX, i feel RPX have some catching up to do. If you think about coming here, The prices is a tad bit more but with the comfort of theaters, it may be a hit or miss for you but all in all, great and safe theater. I didnt know it was open till i saw a little bit of cars in the parking lot. Hope to see some improvements soon. Thank you for allowing me to visit Regal.

Ticket prices are more expensive but heres what you get: * Assigned seating. Buy online early enough and you can pick your exact seats. No more wading through the rows trying to guess where is a good place to sit. * Fully reclining chairs with your own armrests. * Smaller theater which is more intimate and less crowd noise. * Fantastic sound system, enhanced by the fewer number of seats. * Every seat affords a great view. * Well lit theaters. My father is 85 and has a hard time seeing where hes walking when walking up the stairs in some places its so dark. Not an issue at the Regal. * Its under- utilized. At this time I dont think the word has spread that this theater is reopened so less waiting and crowd hassle for popular movies. And these are just the ones off the top of my head. Going to see a Saturday Matinee was a pleasure. Will go back.

My experience was not the best because the computer was down and I had to wait to get my ticket. But once I got my ticket and assigned seat it was great. Plus I dont have to pay for my rewards like at AMC. Im paying for a rewards and still purchasing a ticket,popcorn,drink,I have to wait in a long line because they never have enough people. And the auditoriums are dirty. Floors nasty, So why again Im I paying AMC to have a rewards card and spending money. Nothing is perfect but I do want to support my community.

If you have a handicap tag this is not the theater for you. The handicap parking is far from the entrance to the movie theater. You would be better off parking in their general parking lot that has no handicap parking spaces even though there is plenty of parking spaces to assign at least 2. Then the button to open the handicap doors did not work. Yes the people are nice and theater is beautiful but the layout is not for everyone.

Popcorn was too salty but Im assuming it changes daily. Tickets were cheaper than AMC on Sunday. Its half off all day instead of just the morning. And who wants to see a movie at 11 am? There was juddering during the movie during fast scenes. Maybe its just a problem in that specific room? Have the same problem with my TV but you expect more from a theatre. I never noticed that problem in AMC .

Regal Cinemas Independence Plaza 12 will be very nice new clean Movie Theatres on South Broad Street in Hamilton, NJ. It will have Security Guard, Nice People, Good Food and Good Drink, New Seats, and A lot of Nice New Things- It will be Great when the new movie Theatres Opened on South Broad Street in Hamilton,NJ

Unable to make show, got there 30 mins. late, and they flat out refused to allow us to change to a later show even though this zombie apocalypse theater is empty most of the time. Also refused to give tickets for a show at a later date. So basically stole $25.00. Absolutely bottom-of-the-barrel customer service.

Its close to home, very clean (hope they keep it this way), the reclining seats are awesome and everyone is very helpful. The assigned seating is different but cool! I had to merge two regal cards and the manager was very helpful. Def. my theatre of choice.

The theaters are very clean and spacious. There is a ton of space between rows so you dont feel clumped up. The main negative is the screen size is smaller compared to AMC Hamilton. However, there are limited seats overall so you feel closer to the screen

Had a very good experience, enjoyed the recline seats and cleanliness. The workers of the cinema were also very lovely. Especially this one specific young lady named Jessica, she was very friendly and kind when asked a question.

Everything is new and clean. They did a good job upgrading the movie theater. The prices are usual for a movie theater $11 or so for a movie. Food is good, everybody is really nice. You feel welcome when you walk in the door.

Cleanest theater I have ever been too. Granted, this theater is new, I really hope they maintain it. Just had a perfect experience, the staff was friendly and it was not overcrowded. I will definitely be going back.
