FILTHY IMAX 3D Glasses! I am a frequent patron to the Hamilton 24, but today and the last few visits were AWEFUL! NO ONE AT THE HAMILTON LOCATION APPEARS TO BE CLEANING 3D GLASSES POSSIBLY EXPOSING PATRONS TO DISEASE!! After paying the large fee for 2 people you expect CLEAN GLASSES! But no. When we got our glasses, we looked and they were smeared with filth. OBVIOUS palm and finger prints, fogging lenses smeared with facial oils. (We have posted a video to youtube as proof) When I asked the ticket-taker for a cleaner pair, she grabbed another pair, which were AS filthy as the first. She looked one more time, and could not find a clean pair. She said they had been sanitized when clearly they had not been. Even I rooted through the bin and could NOT FIND ONE CLEAN PAIR. I called for a manager who took a long time in the back to find fresh pairs for my friend and I but we missed the beginning of the movie. A nurse was behind me who also demanded a pair, saying this was a health hazard. If this was a single occasions, things happen, but the last 3 times I have been forced to clean my glasses with hand sanitizer before putting them on. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Their are many communicable diseases Hamilton 24 is exposing patrons to. The manager made NO EFFORT to stop the distribution of dirty glasses. The 3D IMAX, (Non disposable) glasses are not being washed regularly at the Hamilton, NJ 24 location. THIS IS WRETCHED! I have been exposed to unhealthy conditions, and this is happening in our back yard. See my youtube video of the glasses, watch?v=3L3xR84A0dk

This theater complex is huge! But bigger isnt always better. The lines for food were long and took forever. The person at the register taking orders and money was also the one going to get the food and drink for that order, which takes a pretty long time. I almost missed the start of my movie even though I got in line 20 minutes before it started. Then when I was in the theater, it got very hot in there after about 30 minutes and everybody else seemed to be talking and complaining about it. One person even called the theater during intermission to tell them which theater we were in and that it was very hot and to please fix the situation. But by the end of the film it was just as hot if not more, so the theater had done nothing to solve the problem. The one good thing about this theater was their handling of film and the older, near obsolete technology Ultra Panavision 70 to show The Hateful Eight. I had heard horror stories about screenings of this film before going about out of focus screenings and audio that wasnt synced up properly. But there didnt seem to be any of those problems with my screening at this theater. The picture was beautiful and clear and the audio seemed to be synced up just fine. The only problem was that the dialogue seemed a bit too soft for me at times, which is a problem with a dialogue heavy Tarantino movie. Overall, my experience wasnt terrible. This theaters saving grace was the way they handled showing The Hateful Eight. Without that it might have gotten only 1 star.

Not my favorite theater but its close enough. My mother, my handicapped nephew and my sister went there to see Super 8. As I made my order with Gabby, she promptly took my card and charged it. She gave me back my receipt and walked away. I assumed she was going to get my food. She came back and took the next customer without a word. Another girl came over and said it would be 15 minutes for my food. I told her to just cancel the order since I didnt want to miss my movie which was starting in 2 minutes. Another guy had come up next to me to order the same thing I did. I watched in amazement as "Gabby" told the guy it would take 5 minutes. I interjected and said, "Thats funny because I ordered the same thing - as you know- and the other girl said it would take 15 minutes -so which one is it?" Gabby backpeddled and quickly said it would take 15 minutes. Another girl- a manager said she would bring my order to me in my theater IF I didnt cancel the order. She offered the same for the other customer. I agreed and told her what theater we were in. Twenty minutes passed and my food NEVER came. The ood was for my mother who is diabetic and just needed something to snack on until dinner. I had to walk back out of the theater to go get the hot dog. I wanted to flip out when the movie ended but since I was with my family- I figured Id settle to write a scathing review of "Gabby" and her worthless manager.

I lost my wallet in the theater and they would not let me back in to retrieve it. I came in at 1pm on a saturday 3/18/2017 asking to look. The parking lot was not very full and they gave me very high amounts of resistance with the idea of helping me reclaim my valuables. They said theater #3 was full (which it never would be), and told me to come back in an hour as if I have the time to just wheel my car around all day. It would have taken two seconds but they did not want to "disturb the customers experience". Which is a justifiable claim but I think any person would be okay with lifting their feet up for two seconds for me to look for my wallet. Also, I do not trust their cleaning staff with being 100% ethical about finding lost valuables. I was very nice about the whole thing, and the manager scoffed at me because I had called her in the morning asking if they had found it. From then on, she was not very compliant nor friendly about the whole thing. I understand they may have been short of staff, but this is absurd and I do not trust that the staff were honest with me. Not surprisingly, another downvoter had a similar experience. EDIT: I went back and lo-and-behold: My wallet was exactly where I said it would be. If you lose your items here: check for yourself!

My wife and I went to see Django. Bought tickets online since it was a new release and was a popular movie. There was no direction as to how or where to obtain the tickets once you got there ( was my first time there ). Then on to the theatre showing the movie. The place is huge but it was easy to find the theatre showing the movie but the concession stand at that part of the place seemed closed, lit up but nobody there, weird huh. We settle in to good seats and the wife journeys out for snacks bout 1/3 mile to find an open one. Still not so bad Im easy. Then after seeing an awsome two hour and fourty five minute movie we head to the car and the wife got to pee and here is the problem...the Ladies room was a disaster, huge line understandable, no paper in the stalls unforgiveable, seats soaked in urine also no reason for it. For my wife something so simple to remedy ruined a good time and because of that mine too. I like this place, CLEAN THE BATHROOMS AND FILL THE T PAPER DISPENSERS YOU IDIOTS!!! Oh yea and man the concession stands :-)

I went to see Avengers in Imax 3D . These tickets cost 17 bucks, so when you go on in you expect a good experience. Well I understand every movie has at least 15 minutes of previews starting at your show time. Well when our thing started we saw nothing but black, and music samples from albums began to play. 10 minutes go by, and a few of us leave to tell the staff. They said theyll get someone on it. Another five minutes go by, someone comes in to tell us the movie will start in a minute. ANOTHER 5 minutes goes by. THEN they start showing the trailers, which took another 15 minutes. So thats 20 minutes of this lame "pre-audio screening". That should be before the scheduled showtime with all the commercials they already play. I also noticed in The Dark Knight Rises trailer when Bruce Wayne says "Sounds like youre looking forward to it" there was a weird loud click, I dont think their audio is calibrated properly for the IMAX portion. Ive seen this trailer online from different sites and sources, I dont hear that at all.
