This is the single worst movie theater I have ever been to. The place is an abominable mess, absolutely filthy from the bathrooms with their malodorous stench, to the sticky substances that coat both floor and seats of the theater. It literally feels as if you can get sick going here. The parking experience here is a downright war with cars flying everywhere. Lines for stale popcorn are about 20-25 minutes. Although the theater is well equipped with several concession stands, they only staff 2 of them on a busy Saturday night. You are herded into lines like sheep and treated very poorly. Prices are what you would expect, except the quality of the stale popcorn and flat soda is abominable. Our bucket of popcorn was littered with several black pieces of popcorn that made it abundantly clear that they recycle everything, and that nothing in their food stand is ever cleaned out. Buying tickets took forever, as 4 of the 6 computer kiosks were broken. Lines at the human line stretched for miles. The place was understaffed by uncaring employees. We had to literally wait until 3 minutes before start time in the main hall bk "they were cleaning the theater." This created another unpleasant experience. Instead of sitting comfortably, we were treated like inmates awaiting lethal injection. Several other moviegoers bonded over this uniform poor experience at every level vowing never to come here again. I had not been to this theater in over 3 years, and wont be returning again. I can honestly say I would rather not see a great film than have to endure the 3rd world conditions in this atrocity of a theater. Avoid at all cost. Movie theaters simply dont get worse than this.

This was absolutely a terrible theater. It took us 45 minutes to get tickets, popcorn, and get into our movie. There were lines and horrible experiences at every stop, even to get your ticket torn and be directed to your theater. They would do well to have it staffed more efficiently. I received an appalling attitude from the guy at the ticket booth, who accidentally entered "$20" when we handed him a $50 bill. He was completely lost trying to figure out the correct change, and when I told him to "add $30" to the price displayed on his screen, he replied in a very condescending manner, "No, you dont understand, I put $20 instead of $50, I cant just add $30!" After several minutes of trying to figure out the difference (while we kept repeating the answer for him) he had to call someone over to do the math for him. At the concession stand, one person was doing everything - getting drinks, hot dogs, popcorn, working the register. If they had other people working to retrieve the food in addition to the cashier, it would have sped things up immensely. Not to mention, they do not serve freshly popped popcorn! They tear open giant plastic bags and pour it into a heated glass container, and it tastes awful. Like the concession stand, if there were two (or more!) people tearing tickets, it could have eradicated the third line we stood in. When I had to leave my movie to go to the bathroom, I had to line back up in the queue, and wait there about 5 minutes to have my ticket checked again, missing even more of my feature than I needed to. Will definitely attend a different movie theater from now on.

I don’t always go to Loews Theater to watch movies since it is not the closest thater to me, but it is one of the better ones that I would prefer to go to compared to the theaters in Philly. This establishment is situated up a hill somewhat looking over Cherry Hill Mall. It has its own parking lot, so you don’t have to find parking, and the location is very easy to get to. Premiers of popular movies tend to make this place pretty packed, so be prepared to be waiting in line on these days/showings! The theater itself is huge; most screens here are similar to the size of the biggest screen in the theater in the city. The seats are also comfortable. A thing that I would love but the theatre doesn’t have are foldable armrests. I love being able to do this because if I want to be closer to someone or be able to hold them, I’d like to be able to life the arm rest out. It is somewhat confusing in the lobby area, since the refreshments stall is located directly in the middle and is circular in shaped. When it’s busy, you might sometimes have to wait in a rather long line that loops crazily. Besides all that, the theater is very much like a typical theater for watching movies.

was very disappointed with our trip to this theater on fathers Day . We wanted to see Jurassic World movie started at 1:15 we left home at 12;15 in case of traffic as we were coming from Philadelphia and wanted to do dinner at Ponzios after the movie.. Well it was overly crowded and the machines at the front were broken so we had to get in the long line we waited from 12;50 till 1;15 to get our tickets then another 10 minutes to get into the theater as they were busy scanning home printed tickets and smartphones......... By the time we got into the actual theater we could not even get 4 seats together for the family..,and were all the way up in the front 4th row. They should have had more help to move these lines along in a timely mannner.. When I asked the associate about this he informed me it was not due to Fathers day, but every weekend. We will never come back here..As the concession stands were a mob scene we could not even get any snacks.....Needless to say we were starved by the time we got to our delicious dinner.Just such a let down as we planned to see the movie AS A FAMILY not separated :( I

Ive been going here since it opened. It was nice then, but the facility has deteriorated. The toilets are usually disgusting, but that has a lot to do with the clientele that act like they are from a third world country. There are only one mens room and one ladies room which are in the lobby, so if you need to use them during the movie in a theater that is the farthest away from the lobby, you have to walk half a block to get there and, of course, half a block back. There have been girl gang fights in the lobby, so you want to avoid going at peak times like Friday and Saturday nights and holidays. The printers on the kiosks run out of paper and then you need to stand in line at customer service (for 10 minutes if its crowded) to get your receipt and tickets which totally defeats the purpose of using a kiosk for expediency. If everything goes well, youll have a good experience. But if it doesnt, you may leave the theater frustrated. I recommend going another five minutes away to Regal Cinema in Moorestown Mall where its clean, organized and the staff are much more attentive.

My wife and 6 year old son went to see a movie and when they gave their ticket to the person they asked what theater number to go into. They were ushered into the wrong theater by the ticket taker. When they discovered they were in the wrong theater they had missed the start of the movie they paid to see. They complained to the ticket taker and she said, “Oh, I do not know what theater your movie is in.” My wife complained to a supervisor who said “sorry, here is 2 tickets to the next show.” Now my wife had to wait over an hour to see her movie. Not only should the ticket taker know what theaters the movies are located, but they wasted her time and my son’s time. As a result, my wife and son had to make a decision to see the Easter Bunny at the Mall or see the movie, they were hoping to do both, but did not have time, because the ticket taker was not trained to read correctly from a piece of paper that told her where the movies were located.
