Ok so I am giving 1 star because I cant give zero. First of all we came here after reading the horrible reviews. Only reason why was bc it was closest to where we stayed in Cape May. So the theatre advertise a different time than the actual, when asked they said they dont know why that is and they dont know where Google is getting that info. So we had to kill over an hour. Thought about going to rio hrandes theatre but decide to stick it out. Then it is still listed under Franks theatre, so we thought it would have been at a discounted rate since it was Tuesday, NOPE, was told that they are no longer a Franks theatre, when asked why it is still listed they blamed Google saying they dont know why Google is still doing that, and yes the reviews are correct the manager is not a people person, such a turn off. YUCK

The recently renovated and reopened Harbor Square Theatre is the kind of independent movie theater experience that I wish existed in more local downtowns. My family and I recently saw Jason Bourne here on a hot summer afternoon. The building, which once housed the old Stone Harbor Frank 5 theater, has been converted into the new four-screen "Harbor Square" theater with a burger bar in the front and upgraded drinks (including beer) and concessions. The seats have been upgraded to cushy seats that slightly recline, and theres plenty of space in front of each chair. And one of the best things about this theater is that therere no TV-style ads before the previews roll. Overall, this theater has seen a serious upgrade and I cant wait to come back next year to see another movie here.

Visited this theater today with my family to only be told they are not apart of franks theaters as listed on website. Staff member blamed misinformation on Google which made no sense. They are listed under the web page for franks theaters which has nothing to do with Google. So whats bargains are advertised will not be honored. Besides that, its true what i read from others reviews, they do not & i will repeat do not answer their phones. Would not revisit this theater.

Beautiful!! Went there last Monday to see Sully (great movie, btw). Nice and clean, comfy seats, NOT freezing cold inside and the bar/food selection was fantastic! What a treat to sit and watch a movie with an adult beverage and a bag of popcorn!!! Only downside was the loudness of the sound system....Ill bring earplugs next time.....and there WILL be a next time....soon. :)

Best theatre experience in South Jersey. New owners completely renovated this historic building. Most comfortable seats Ive ever experienced in a movie theatre. The sound is incredible, it rocks your bones. Love the do your own butter for the popcorn, and you can enjoy a glass of wine while watching a first run movie. Great experience. I will be back!

They have fixed whatever was wrong to get such bad reviews! We hit the movies this afternoon and were pleasantly surprised by the new theater. Smiling, polite employees, great seats (lots of boosters for the little ones), and perfectly on time movie presentation. Next time well stop in for lunch - heard the burgers are great.

beautifully renovated theater, complete with full service bar/restaurant that you can purchase burgers and upscale bar food to bring in to the movie. Sweat potato fries with honey and truffle dipping sauce was great. Super comfy seats and great sound system (although our movie was very loud).

Best theater Ive been to in years. Comfy seats, and bring your food and beers from the attached burger bar. Great sound. One large screen, others are smaller. Nice small town feel in stone harbor. and PJ makes a great milkshake.

I realize I sound like an old man by saying that the trailers before the movies hurt my eardrums but Im only 19. And when I asked the staff if they could turn it down, they said, "Oh yeah its like that but the movie is quieter".
