I did not get married here, however, my friends did and I needed to write a review about how great the Bridgewater Manor & Pat Vizzoni is. During the cocktail hour my fiancé had food/sauce spilled on her new satin & silk jacket that left numerous stains on the back and immediately one of the managers came over to apologize. At the end of the reception the same manager came over to give us his boss business card, Pat Vizzoni, and suggested we email him on that following Monday about the damaged jacket. Within an hour of emailing Pat he responded asking where he can send a check for the full amount of the jacket, we received the check in four (4) days. Pat couldnt have been easier and more professional to work with and I think that goes a long way. When looking for a place to host your wedding reception, knowing that the person in charge of your special day does business the right way should be one of the deciding factor. Besides them righting their wrongs the food was great, service was excellent and if I didnt already book a reception hall for my wedding Id give Pat Vizzoni & the Bridgewater Manor a call as I know theyd do a terrific job. Thank you very much Pat and the entire Bridgewater Manor staff.

We had a Communion party at The Bridgewater Manor last weekend for our daughter. From the minute we booked the party, we felt totally comfortable & secure in our decision. Pat, Erin, Maryanne & Rachel answered ALL of our many questions - from changing rooms to accommodate more guests, to upgrading menus, to rearranging tables until the day before. Im not sure we wouldve gotten the same level of service elsewhere, especially for a smaller party that wasnt a wedding. A main reason we decided on this venue was because we had heard that the food was great... it was even better than we expected. Everything was delicious! Displays were beautiful, yet tasteful. The waiters, servers, bartender were impeccable. Our maitre d, Alejandra, was amazing - she had the timing down to the minute! It was nice to not have to worry about anything once we arrived. Ive heard nothing but great reviews from our guests. We will most definitely be back for our next big party... we have found our place!

Our daughter, Karen just married the man of her dreams, Matt @ the Bridgewater Manor on 10/4/13. The venue is amazing, the food is delicious and the staff is beyond excellent. Beginning with Michael C as we booked the facility, Erin Grant the event co-oridinator to Adel our Maitre D. They, as well as the whole staff went above and beyond our expectations. Theyre professionalism and concern for our daughter & new husbands day was wonderful. This is the 3rd time we have been there and if we had to choose again, this would be the facility, hands down. As the mother and father of the bride the day flew by, we cant wait to see the videographers work, to jar our memory. We have had nothing other than outstanding praise from guests for a phenomenal event and a job well done. Thank you very much to everyone at the Bridgewater Manor for an exceptional time. The Bridgewater Manor did a great job for our wedding of 100+ people. Rachel did the initial set up and then Erin took over email communication. Pat was amazing to deal with the rest of my family (the owner) and Adele our MD was pleasant to us the whole night of the wedding. The only issues were not rolling the cake out to the center of the dance floor, and not announcing or telling anyone about the awesome chocolate fountain. They worked so hard on both of them and barely anyone got to notice them! Also some minor cost issues on the day of the wedding, but Pat and Adele sorted it with my mother and brother and did not bother me or my wife which was very nice of them to cover any extra meal costs. We appreciated that alot.Solid 9/10, we loved it for the most part!

We were just so happy to get married at the Bridgewater Manor! It was clear from the beginning that this venue was the one for us and it did not disappoint. Everything from the menu to the set up to the grounds was perfect and absolutely beautiful. Our guests have not stopped raving about the food and how nicely the room was set up. The staff set everything we had up perfectly! They knew what to do and made all of the items and accessories we brought look great! Adel was our maitre d’ and he did an incredible job. He was there to help us with anything and was extremely accommodating. We are dying for someone we know to have a wedding there so we can go and actually eat all of the AMAZING food!!

I had my daughters bridal shower on May, 2016 and I would like to thank all the staff especially Debra, her team and Erin Heckling the banquet coordinator and Mary ANN Chaconis for being a great help and a such professional team and their exceptional service. We hosted a 90th Birthday party for my father at the Bridgewater Manor. All of our guests had a wonderful time. My father was overwhelmed with the outpouring of love. The food was excellent. Many catering establishments tend to over cook the fish. Bridgewaters salmon was outstanding along with the rest of the menu we chose. The Maitre D was exceptional in his attention to our needs as well as all of the support staff. We could not have asked for a better celebration and a place to host such a memorable event.

I got married and had our ceremony and reception at the Bridgewater Manor - everything went SO smoothly, we couldnt believe what a breeze the day was. Everything was perfectly arranged and taken care of for us. The entire staff was amazing, and Erin was so great at answering all our questions throughout planning. We kept coming back to this venue after visiting others. We chose to have our wedding reception here and couldnt be happier with our decision. From the moment we stepped out of the limo to the moment we left it was amazing. Everything was handled perfectly and we always knew what to do and where to be.
