To whomever this concerns. I was a paying customer for your event on July 1st, rammsteins, Korn and stone sour. Had purchased my tickets months in advance. Come the day of the show we arrived 3 hous early. Hour before the posted 6.00 door opening time we lined up at the doors. Doors opened 15 minutes late.... then came the other problem. Not a single form of crowd control existed upon the doors opening at it became a sardine of every one rushing to get inside. people forming their own lines, lines merging into other lines. Ppl cutting into the front of the lines. Me and my two frI ends were left standing in line for and hour and a half. By the time we made it in stone sour was already heavy into their performance and we missed one of the bands we came to see and yet we were an hour early..... doors should open at least an hour or two before any band starts to accommodate for large crowds and too give time for every one tof get inside and at their designated ticket seats... then their is the problem of a sever lack of trash cans at the door to collect the horrendous amount of trash that had piled up at your entrance doors due to your policy of no outside food or drinks or containers. Id also like to point out that security was also a major flop at your event. We watch a young woman have to escorts a clearly drunk and wasted man by herself cause not a single guard was posted or a bouncer. I feel almost as if I should be demanding my money back for the inconvenience and lack of preparation on your staffs half.

I purchased two seats for the Las Vegas April 8th 2016 VIP Signature Experience for $2499.99 each +$5 processing fee. As told we showed up for registration 5:45-6:45 pm. We were taken to a bar area on the T-Mobile Arena with plans to start backstage tour at 19:20. We were able to seat on a nice comfortable area while Alice in Chains and even GNR did sound check. The nightmare started at 19:20, the backstage tour was delay for over an hour. During that period of time we were pin-pong from one area to the other and yelled by angry security staff telling us we were not supposed to be there. The tour guide stood there embarrass and speechless. The same experience carried on all the way to the backstage and on stage picture. We elected to bail the VIP Signature Experience and headed to our “VIP” seats to realize that one of them didn’t exist. We had Section 3 Row C Seat 10-11 , the problem is that seats go only to 10. I was advised to go to Guest Services. A manager showed up to acknowledge the problem. He came back with 2 new tickets, Section 3 Row D Seats 6-7, that row didn’t have a seat number 6. I reminded them how much we paid for those seats as they kept looking for seats that were cheaper. He advised us to seat on 7-8 but the person who purshase that seat showed up. He paid $300 and change for his seat. I discourage anyone considering going to Las Vegas T-Mobile Arena for any event. We were not the only ones with this problem, other persons experience the same problem.

We arrived early to see Rammstein and still missed the two opening bands because the merch line was so long. We were in line for over an hour, when we finally get up there, theres no numbers on the shirts so its difficult making choices and by then everything was sold out in size large and there were still hundreds of people behind me. There also was no way to exit the line without cutting through pissed off people and ducking under or taking apart the rope. A couple days later at an Iron Maiden concert and the merch booth wasnt much better. They let us stand in line in 105 degrees for hours without telling us they couldnt even sell the Ghost shirts they were advertising. Then some t mobile guy informed us and a bunch of other people that we could get in early because we were t mobile customers or something. So a bunch of us wait in line and get inside, only for us all to be kicked back outside for another hour, because some t mobile guy was a lying moron. Then the air conditioning broke during the first bands set and everyone about had a heat stroke. Food and beverages were of course over priced and more importantly the sound was terrible at the Ghost and Iron Maiden show. Many people left early. Awful arena. Terrible staff. Do not want to come back.

We saw George Strait and there is not a bad seat in the whole arena. The stage is centered in the center and everyone can see the stage. The best made arena by far. The people that built this place put a lot of thought in in. Well read signs to every seat...people to help you everywhere and so polite and helpful. The parking was also well thought out..great signs and attendees waving fluorescent wands at night to make sure you get out safely and so easy. I thought it was gonna be a nightmare after the concert with 16,000 plus people having to leave..We were on the 7th floor and it only took 15 minutes to exit the property . AMAZING!!! I have lived here over 20 yrs. and hardly ever go to the strip cuz it is like a jungle including the parking..but no more Las Vegas cuz T-MOBILE ARENA is here. I love everything about it. We will definitely plan on attending a lot of things at this beautiful place. Susan L.

The venue is pretty nice and has some cool amenities like the Jack Daniels club. But, I give only two stars because of the poor event planning/handling. When I purchased tickets for the Team USA showcase, there was no other option for delivery other than will call. That stupid little thing made hundreds (possibly thousands) of people wait OUTSIDE for will call. The line was LONG, SLOW, and WRAPPED all along the main entrance at the front. I ended up missing HALF OF THE GAME until they decided to just let everyone in by checking confirmation emails. Why couldnt they do that BEFORE the game started? It was obvious that people who paid good money for good seats would miss a decent portion of the game (some couldnt get in either), yet it took them till halftime to finally let will calls in. I paid over $500 just to watch a game that was practically decided by the end of the first half. Simply ridiculous.

The building is beautiful, and the concert views are good even in the far away and nose bleed seats. Sound start to get muddled the father back you go. The arena does not have its own parking, instead relying on The parking at nearby hotels. Getting through security and inside the arena is slow, leaving long lines of people out in the very hot summer heat for long periods of time. Be sure to bring cold water simply for the wait, then keep the bottle cap inside your pocket because the food/drink vendors inside wont let you keep the bottle caps from any water you get inside. Use the bottle cap in your pocket to prevent spilling your $5 water. Seats in the lower section are a little wider and have a little more leg room. All the rows of seats are nicely raised over the seats in front of you, making it easier to see past the people in front of you.
