Desde el comienzo fue una pésima experiencia. Con mi familia entramos al local y no había nadie para llevarnos a nuestra mesa y entregarnos nuestras cartas. Nos sentamos en una mesa que estaba lista, el local estaba con muy poca gente. Nos atendió una mesera, la cual nos preguntó de muy mala forma lo que queríamos, luego se fue corriendo. Volvió a tirarnos nuestros refrescos porque en realidad eso es lo que fue. Le pusimos una cara de wtf y se fue. Luego cuando volvió le pedimos por favor una carta para poder ordenar, fue a buscar una y me la tiro por la espalda generando mucho ruido y asustando a mi hermana pequeña de tan solo 10 años. En ese momento le dije a otra mesera que por favor trajera a su manager. Cuando este llegó y le explicamos la situación no se sorprendió y solo se disculpó, nos dio un descuento y nos cambió de mesera. La verdad es que fue una pésima experiencia en general. No le recomiendo este hard rock a nadie , intento ir a uno en cada lugar que visito y nunca había tenido un problema así.

Il più grande dei due Hard Rock Café a Las Vegas, il ristorante si trova sulla strip ed è distribuito su due piani. Al piano inferiore si trova il negozio con i soliti souvenir Hard Rock. Uno dei pochi ristoranti a Las Vegas ad essere aperto fino oltre mezzanotte, è stata tappa obbligata per noi il sabato sera, dopo essere stati al concerto di Santana al Mandalay Bay, terminato alle 22.30. Locale semi deserto alle 23.00 di un sabato sera, ordiniamo e lantipasto arriva rapido. La sorpresa è che i componenti del Jumbo Combo sono cambiati! Non ci sono più gli Spring Rolls e le patate ripiene, sostituiti da spinaci in salsa di ??? e da bruschette...stiamo scherzando! Anche il piatto principale arriva rapido dopo lantipasto, sul servizio nulla da eccepire. Prezzi in linea con gli altri ristoranti della catena.

La comida es pésima, muy baja calidad y peor elaboración. Además, nos hicieron pagar los vasos en los que habíamos bebido la cerveza, 16$ por cada una. En el menú pone muy claro q puedes llevarte los vasos de recuerdo pagando un poco más, una opción que nunca elegimos. La camarera lo incluyo directamente en la cuenta y cuando reclamamos alegó que ese era el precio de la cerveza y que los vasos venían de regalo. Nunca volveremos, esto son prácticas propias de lugares con muy poca clase.

I loved this place, came to Vegas for my college graduation and ate here one of the nights. I love my rock, classic rock to be exact so this was definitely the place for me. We first got seated in a dim area near the stage, but heard there wasnt going to be any live entertainment. So, we asked to sit near the window to do a little people watching as well as be in some sunlight. The host got us a table with a great view of MGM Grand and NY/NY and the waitress was really nice. i love souveneirs but theyre a little pricey here even though some of the glasses come with the drinks. I got my hurricane glass and now Im satisfied. You only live once right?! The food and service were both great, my family got different kinds of burgers and they all had their own awesome twists. I would recommend this to any friend or rocker out there who loves good food, good drinks, and music memorabilia. Hopefully next time its not so busy outside, outdoor seating is best in Vegas if you dont mind a little dry heat! Rock on!

Oh Hard Rock food, I have a 3 star feeling about you: -=-Hickory Smoked Pork Belly Sliders-=- Too bready for the meat and flavor content. Pork Belly is so yummy when it leaks its juices all over your bread. Wasnt the case here. -=-Braised Short Rib Tacos-=- They werent stuffed by any means, but I felt were the most tasty of the bunch. The bites into these were the most enjoyable I had for this meal. -=-Nacho Mama Fried Jalapenos-=- These were a crispy surprise, but then again you dip anything in ranch and Im a fan. Dip my napkin in ranch and Id probably faint. -=-Twisted Mac and Cheese-=- We ordered this outside of the Yelp menu. It was all tons of cheesy. For what it was, without meat additives (ignoring the chicken on top, doesnt count), it was a good blend, but was still missing something. Cant put a finger to it. Oh Michael, so awesome you were as our server. You were 5 star awesome, but the food was on a different level...lower level.

Hallo, würde sehr enttäuscht von diesem angeblichen "Hard Rock Cafe" . Auf einer Rundreise durch die USA haben wir die Hard Rock Cafes in San Francisco und Los Angelos ebenfalls besucht. Und waren von diesen begeistert. Das Cafe in Las Vegas ist dagegen absolut nicht zu empfehlen . Musiktechnisch wurde in so machener Einkaufspassage mehr Rock gespielt. Das Cafe hat im besten Fall den Namen Musik Cafe verdient, aber nicht mehr . Auf keinen Fall zu Empfehlen . MFG Florian

First time and it started off Horrible!!! Waited 40 minutes, then when our "buzzer" lit up and we approached the hostess....we were pushed aside so that someone else could be seated! After (finally) being seated, we had no waitress; however, a couple was seated next to us (after us), and they were introduced to a waitress. We didnt even get asked if wed like Water. Decided to leave, but before we did, we asked for a manager (just to inform him of the experience). Well, Cameron handled the situation! He was polite and courteous.....reseated us and apologized....AND took care of the bill! I appreciate that he was considerate enough to do this; moreover, he checked on us a few times. Only bad thing was..... the waitress still sucked! Communication is key, especially when dealing with the public. Overall, it was ok....

First one girl takes your name then you sit on a couch, then another girl takes the you to the table I ask for a Coke but she couldnt do that cause it the servers job lol then I get served by TWO guys at the same time(cause the place aint to busy) and because I knew I wanted ribs I ordered straight away and they bring me the napkins for ribs and then in a little while a BURGER shows up!?! Thats not the two stars though, the two stars is for the attitude from staff as if I had made the mistake, except just before they were going to say something he glanced at the napkins that they ONLY give to ribs and wings customers and said it was their fault but Im not an idiot, I could tell what they were about to say! Good ribs in the end but even if a customer stuffs up you should just get on with it.

É tudo o que você espera de um restaurante clássico como o Hard Rock, tiram até uma foto sua e te oferecem impressa por 20U$ como recordação. Eu estava com aqueles aqueles copos/jarras gigantes que você encontra em Vegas e a garçonete se ofereceu para carregar meu refil naquele copo ao invés do copo tradicional. Atenção as refeições apimentadas.

this review is more aimed at the Gift Shop at the cafe, as I did not eat at the cafe. However, when I receive excellent customer service somewhere, I have to alert the masses! My parents were here from MA and my dad just HAD to get a Hard Rock Cafe - Las Vegas Shirt. The gift shop is well set up and the girl working the counter was AWESOME. Super friendly and accommodating. She built a solid rapport and completed the transaction with a smile. I know, doesnt sound like it was out of the ordinary, however, I can be a tad snobbish with the trendy younger crowd places. I have ran into too many people at these places that are too cool for their job. But she did a wonderful job
