I ended up here randomly after a promoter handed us passes with two free drinks when we were headed to Light. He told us that there was an awesome view so we decided to check it out. Im so glad we did. Foundation Room, located inside Mandalay, has one of the best rooftop views of the strip that I have seen. Even though it was super cold out, we stayed for awhile taking pictures. The outside area isnt that big so it was crowded with people taking pictures. But, bc it was also cold out, people didnt stay long. The inside was packed and the music was pumping. Its got a really interesting Asian type ambiance on the inside. Although do find it really weird to see one of my Hindu gods displayed in a venue filled with drunk scantily clad people. As gorgeous as the statues are, theyre out of place. Definitely check this place out for the view. Its worth it

Best view in las vegas, definately worth checking out. Also for being such a nice clun they have the cheapest bottle sevice of any club on the strip which makes for a great time knowing you can get table and bottle service and not feel guilty later lol. Friendly staff, great decor, amazing view, awesome music. And really cool that you can actually see lockers that they hold specialty bottles for celebrity members such as jay-z and elton john. You can also get bottle service last minute (or as the super friendly promoter I met, Angela J, called it "walk up") unlike most the clubs ive come across, which is nice for when plans change last minute.

Good food, larger portions than I was expecting based on other reviews. I made a reservation a month in advance but was waiting over a half hour for my table while sitting outside in Vegas July heat. This while also complying with their dress code which many others didnt. The food is at least twice as expensive as a decent sit down elsewhere but at least as good. The view is definitely nice. The staff arent terrible, but they seem to be very used to serving those who have money enough to not worry about prices and that isnt as nice if you consider this a special night out.

Kaela B did a fantastic job of helping me (Bestman) set up a wedding rehearsal dinner in June for 20 people in the Media Room. Terrific venue for celebratory events and the view cant be beat. On the night of the dinner James Lorenzo was the VIP host and was attentive, professional and responsive. If you have ever planned wedding events you know the importance of making sure everything is perfect and it was. Props to Kaela and James. I strongly recommend to friends and family.

The Foundation Room is a superb dining experience. A limited menu of mostly fish and steak but what is served is excellent. The wait staff are great. The decor of the rooftop location is a gorgeous view day and night. The bar has good stock but the bartenders are only familiar with pedestrian drinks and dont measure ingredients. Since they free pour the result varies. I will make it a point to come here every time when in Las Vegas.

Reservation birthday dinner in the Foundation Room was great, however our night was ruined right after as we were escorted out from the roof top due to smoking a vape pen and also could not be in the Madalay Bay premises for the night . No warning , treated like criminals . Oh and they kept our vapes even though we had to leave . How professional ! Never going back again.

Phenomenal strip views from the terrace, but other than that its not really a big deal. Music inside is so loud you cant talk. Its funny that they try to make like its some exclusive club, when obviously its going to be full of Vegas tourists! I would never pay, but when they give me a comp then we go up and have a drink and enjoy the view.

I found the House of Blues to be so loud that I couldnt really listen to what I was hearing. The food was very good - and the drinks were better. However, I left not being able to hear anything for a few hours.......but I know that is what is expected. Just not my kind of place given the volume.

This place is what I like to call "epic". Was lucky enough to be in vegas for my 21st b day, but on top of that I was lucky enough to get to go to the foundation that night. Words cant explain how awesome that place is, and would recommend it to anyone who goes to vegas

I had a wonderful experience at Mandalay Bay. The staff were professional and accommodating. My room was clean, especially the bathroom. The view was beautiful. I would have given 5 stars but the walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors conversation

What can I say I love this house of blues! Probably because my name was on their sign is being an actor hired by harley-davidson! At any way, this location makes amazing drinks has amazing entertainment and is one that should not be missed.

Nice place in the 63rd floor Mandalay bay. Happy hour specials are good and it offers a great outdoor view of the strip. Would recommend this if your looking for something a little bit different than the usual upscale Vegas restaurants

Absolutely amazing food served in a beautiful setting with fantastic views of the city. I had the special yellowtail bruchetta and the halibut. Both were delicious. I will definitely return and highly recommend.

This was the place for our 1st date, and 1 year later ... Our Wedding! Went last July for our Anniversary (6 Years) this place is FUN, and our history there is very SPECIAL! Great place for an exciting weekend.

Would have loved to go, had free passes to get in even, but they dont allow shorts for men. Its "fine dining" they say, you must wear pants, even if they are old dirty jeans vs. a nice pair of shorts and top.

Great views. However, for a great experience this should offer some kind of live music (light jazz?) and more reasonably priced drinks. There are many other locations that provide better band for your buck.

The bar here is great. The foundation room features an outdoor patio that has arguably the best view of the Las Vegas strip. I would totally recommend enjoying some adult beverages at this establishment.

The DJ and music sucked so bad last Tuesday, maybe it was her first time Djing. Great view but over priced drinks, no more free parking. Wasnt worth the mission.
