Poor Business Conduct! I first thought that this was an amazing and helpful company. Tracy, the owner, offered to do a discount for our wedding/reception package for a total of $595.00 including a second system set up for the wedding ceremony that was too far away from the reception to use the same equipment. I was thrilled. But being I have been burned by peoples word in the past I asked that the contact show this change - No charge for a second set up. When the contract was emailed to me it read like this: Ceremony music services with same system set up within 5-hour contract: $150.00 N/C tv or Off site Ceremony services with second system: $295.00 N/C tv. I thought that was unclear and called to ask her where in the contract it stated that I would not be charged for a second set up. She referenced the above quote from her contract. I asked her to actually write out the words No Charge since the term n/c tv wasnt clear and she became angry and snappy saying I didnt trust her and she didnt want to do business with me that she was working with me and I had to trust her and that the contract was wording clearly and that is what she had stated in it. Sure wasnt clear to me. Boy! What a change from the woman she was originally. By her defensiveness to such a simple clarification I am glad we didnt use this company - they may be very good but this is no way to treat a customer - What an over-reaction. She is the one that offered the discount and she wanted to make me feel bad for wanting a clear contract. Copy of email I sent after her getting mad and sharp with me on the phone over this: Tracy, I was disappointed to know that a company with your reputation was unwilling to make the actual contract a bit more clear on the changes you offered to make. You became angry because you said I didnt trust you - but I dont know you, and as you know- the only thing that is trustworthy is the words of a contract when you have no personal knowledge of the person or the company. You must have never gotten burned by a contract in the past. I am sorry that asking you to actually write out the words "No Charge" for the second system instead of n/c tv as you stated made you so angry. You wanted protection and so did I. I will not bother your company for services again but I will tell others how those "two words" made you angry and act out toward me. Sincerely - Betty Here was her reply: I did write that...and Im sorry you dont like the way it is worded. My other clients do not have that problem, and will have an amazing DJ for their receptions!! I sincerely hope you find what makes you happy- and I also very sincerely wish the best for your daughter! Im happy to pass along a few names of other companies you may like more! She claims she did write that but last I checked No charge is spelled no charge not n/c and the tv stood for her initials - but who would know.???Is she really sincere now? Does she really believe that I want her names of other companies from her after that kind of chewing out? No thanks - Please people beware! BEWARE! Tracy

We couldnt have asked for a better experience with B Sharp! Tracy was our DJ and emcee for our wedding reception and she killed it. She knew how to get both our young and older friends and family to the dance floor and everyone had a great time. Tracy was easy to communicate with and was willing to go the extra mile to make our night perfect. We quickly trusted her and her abilities and she didnt let us down. I highly recommend B Sharp Entertainment!

We used BSHARP originally for a Christmas party and now for my both of my kids weddings! They are amazing and a lot of fun I have attended a lot of weddings in past Dj by other companies . And I sometimes worried would my kids be that wedding where no one had fun and couldnt wait to leave as I have been to those. Not only was that not the case people have called me asking who I used. So make sure you do yourself a favor and hire this company!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! The DJ Mike cussed out vendors, was rude to the guests, delayed the schedule because he didnt take the time to go over notes with the brides, played the wrong first dance song, called the Dads by the wrong name for father-daughter dances and after voicing frustrations the DJ approached the brides and ASKED them if they wanted go outside to beat his ass! Brides beware of this DJ because he was absolutely horrible!

Ive used B#Sharp for 2 birthday parties and each time Ive had a mindblowingly good time! The DJs are super responsive and well-dressed for each occasion so that my crowd has always felt super comfortable. By the time my second party came around, my attendance tripled! Their song bank is huge, and got all my super weird requests, and even bought a song ON SITE for one of my guests at no charge. Super-duper satisfied!

Ive used this company for years for our Valentines Day dance, and just last week for my daughters wedding and I couldnt have asked for a better, more professional company. Everything was perfect. Tracy was very helpful in the planning process, and our DJ was Erin, who did such a great job. We really appreciated all the help, the professionalism and performance of this company, and would recommend them highly.

THis girl doesnt listen, is rather rude, and cant seem to understand what it is that we were wanting. Because of this we have since gone with another professional that has helped tremendously.
