We had my daughters 8th birthday there. It was not our first time there but it was our first party and I will never do it again. We got the biggest package they offer. Its about $260 after taxes. So we get there 30 minutes early even though they suggest 15. They where great and all was well until our party was supposed to start at 6. The "party hosts" was no where to be found. I have had 20 + partys between my 3 kids and never have I had to do all the work. Hello thats why I paid $258 for the party so I could enjoy it with her and not do all the work! The host Alexa didnt come back with the pizza till 20 minutes after the party started. And the 20 minutes prior to the pizza getting there we all stood there starting at each other because no one was there to lead the party. So after she brought the pizza in she disappeared in my husband and I had to serve the pizza and drinks. She was rude to the kids beyond belief. One kid threw a piece of tissue paper that hit her and she looked like she was going to punch this 7 year old in the face and when the kid said sorry she ignored her and started at her like she was stupid! There was zero structure to the party and she had no patience for the kids. I even cleaned up half the food trash as she stood there doing nothing. She did cut the cake, yippie. Im pretty sure they also put our ice cream in the fridge not the freezer. Once we left the room and went to use the 2 hour wrist bands she came to find me about 40 min later to give me my bill in the middle of the go cart line which I found kind of rude. So I go and talk to the manager about it when the party is over and he could have cared freaking less. He told me to fill out a survey!!! I was so angry. I should have known better. I picked up a bad vibe from him when I was booking the party. O yeah and he called me at almost 11pm the night I booked the party because he forgot to ask my kids date of birth. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY ELSE WHERE!!

My 5 year old requested a party for her and her friends here, I purchased The In-Fielder package to have some seating for everyone (a few kids and about 20 adults). Our party was at 3, we got there 30 mins early and so did most of our party. The host left and made pizza for the party until about 3:30 while we all sat there talking. When the pizza finally got there, and we all ate, the "host" informs me that we can do cake and then we will have to load all of the gifts into a cart to open while standing in front of the building or to bring home, because another party reserved the area after us. It was kind of a load of crap that we didnt get to enjoy the almost $200 party because they decide to make the food when the party is supposed to begin. We got no warning, and would have opened presents before the food if we had been told we would be screwed out of our time and money. The host then seemed agitated that we wanted to FINISH my daughters party, and acted like it was our fault in the first place. To top it all off, we brought our own cake and the host took it upon herself to "serve" the cake herself and got annoyed when I told her I can cut my own.

Disorganized and terrible service! We brought our 19 year old daughter, our daughter in law from out of state and 4 grandchildren. Wed purchased a Groupon. Still cost a fortune but we expected that. What ruined our time was that it took an hour to order food, another half hour to receive food. Our order was completely wrong and they couldnt fix it! The manager would only give us free mini golf and go cart rides in place of a refund for food that we received... which was not what we ordered and again... they couldnt fix our order!!! This literally took 2 hours to straighten out and it still didnt get straightened. We werent able to take advantage of all the Groupon offered because of the time they took on the food mess up. Complete rip off with no offer to refund or give us another day to use. This place used to be fun and up to date. Now it looks like its falling apart.... old and outdated. Most workers didnt seem to care that they were there.

I would give this place more stars if they would have just kept the old coin style machines with ticket dispensers. I get it, it is more efficient, but seeing that it is more efficient, why did they have to double the price on the machines? I mean the ball drop game, that game SHOULD only cost 1 token, now it is 50 cents!! 50 CENTS FOR ONE BALL DROP that typically yields 2 measly tickets. Even if they would have kept the prices the same, I would have returned, but now, Im afraid we will pass. We were weekly customers too, my son and I would come in drop 40 bucks and play for an hour and a half. The last time I went, was when they first put those stupid card swiping deals on the machines. I spent 40 bucks and within a half hour, the card was exhausted. No thanks, contact me when the prices of the machine return back to how they were, otherwise Ill take my $$$ elsewhere.

My son who turned five had his birthday party with the fun and the sun package. I paid 200 dollars for 10 guest. The party started at 3:30 and at 3:45 they were already serving pizza. At 4 it was cake time. It went by too fast and i feel like I shouldnt be rushed out of my sitting area. I had no table cloths on the table. The kids had 2 hrs unlimited on the rides but we had to stand in line for a very long time. The package shouldnt have a time limit since I did purchase a birthday package. Dont waste your money on a package. You are better off going early and saving tables. Was definitely not worth 200 dollars for all i received.

Showed up shortly after noon. We bought the all day unlimited pass which is totally worth it. Unlimited go karts, batting cages, boats, and bumper cars... totally awesome. Word of advice to all the dads out there like me, take BATTING GLOVES!!! Unlimited cages is awesome but rough on the hands. Short lines, great customer service, and very nice and talented funnel cake maker. Dude made it look professional. Only problem wasnt with the staff, it was with unsupervised children thinking that adults in line are fun to shoot water at. All in all it was a great experience and would highly recommend to families.

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in how the staff treated me. A young teenager that I mentor won the Stacker game (major prize). I watched it happen and show Winner in bright red letters. The prize did not fall. Shortly after, upper management comes down to tell us they cant give him his prize because they didnt witness it. It broke my heart to try and explain to him why he is not going to receive the prize that he rightfully won. I work with kids and bring them to Swing Around all the time but I will NO LONGER give them my business after I saw the way upper management treats there customers.
