Disappointing - We who live here waited many years for a movie theater to open. That Indian (as in country) Company said they were going to open one at the current theater site for years. And, Malco had promised one at a different site for a decade, before taking over the current site. So, what we ended up with is definitely disappointing! It has one good auditorium, Number 1. Auditorium 4 is okay, but to me not worth the effort to go to this theater. The rest are unusable. Auditorium 1 is very good! Excellent projection and sound. And, the seating setup is great! But, I just dont get why we got what we did after all that waiting. Couldnt Malco have at least included one more good auditorium? This area has been growing by leaps and bounds. Why restrict this complex? The other issue is the concessions. Man, not good! They have popcorn poppers, but the popcorn is cold and stale. Today, the manager said that she had just made the hot dogs. But, they were lukewarm, at best, and had little to no taste. Plus, the soda was near flat. We in Olive Branch waited quite some time, and deserve better.

What happen to good service? Today my aunt, cousins and I went to the movies. My aunt ordered popcorn. The popcorn was stale. The movie had started, so she waited until the end of the movie to ask for a refund. The manager was incredibly rude and got an attitude, asking why she hadnt brought the popcorn back sooner. Another employee, working across the theatre lobby at the ticket booth started yelling across the lobby that the popcorn was not stale. She became very irate, yelling and screaming while people were in line purchasing tickets. The employees behavior was very inappropriate and disrespectful. I will never go there again.

I think that the malco theater in olive branch is awesome. Every time I went there is nothing to wait for or anything. Sometimes I want to go everyday but I cant. Olive branch malco is a good place to see friends and see your boyfriend. But I think that Olive Branch malco is cleaner than desoto malco and that when OB MALCO opened that everyone started coming there not DESOTO MALCO bc that one is nasty smells. Food is nasty and every time you go there something is broken! That OB MALCO!!!!!!

Theater is beautiful only because it is new for now, but do NOT go on the weekend like we did. There were way too many unsupervised teen kids that didnt understand that some people like to watch movies without lots of talking and playing throughout. Tickets are too expensive to not have a great experience. Security was called multiple times by different customers while we were watching our movie. Beautiful theater, bad crowds.

Never ever have I had a problem, not even on a crowded evening. The facilities are awesome, clean, smell great. Employees are always so friendly & polite. After the movies, the area is lighted so you can see where youre going. Advertisement for upcoming movies are out where they can be read. Parking is fantastic. Very convenient. I dont go to the other movie locations anymore. I feel safe at Malco Olive Branch.

This Malco is so awesome. In my opinion its better than the Southaven Malco. We had comfortable seating, the popcorn was Fresh. And their were absolutely Kind workers, they even had people opening the doors for you to get in where ever your seeing your movie. I wouldnt go on the weekends Bc their super crowded! I would prob. Give it a 4 star resting

Employees are very rude. While the movie is still going on they are bringing in trash cans and brooms and making all kinds of noise. When leaving you could not even walk down the isle to the door way due to the employees and garbage cans. Food is very over priced. Movie for 2 $16.00. Two popcorns and two drinks $23.00. WHAT?? Lesson learned.

Major disappointment! The concession service is the worst, employees are lazy and dont care, food service is extremely slow and the management isnt any better. Dont waste your time eating here, definitely eat before you go to the movie! The eating area is laid out poorly and isnt ADA compliant. When the owners set the bar they set it low.

Its really sad that u cant get a tray or something to carry ur snacks. My husband bought nachos last night and he had 6 containers and only two arms. No bag or anything to assist with carrying. Chips cheese chili peppers and a drink. It was a nightmare once he got to his seat to prepare his food for eating.

This threater is newer but is not kept up very well. I also think it is very over priced. They charge me 4.50 for a cup of ice bought with a bottle of water that was not even cold for 5.00. I wouldnt advise noone select this location. Its funny it is usually empty anyway.

This is the second time Ive come to this theater and put in theater 4 which is way too small and kids that are 2 and 3 yrs old seriously should not be let in adult movies,this was the last time I will go here one to many bad experiences

Always a good time when coming here...the drinks can be funky sometimes but the cooked food is good .Id rather come here than go anywhere just wished they had an Imax screen .

It is a typical movie heater by malco same as Southaven that just newer but the same problem happens here the floors are sticky from soda pop corn not that great .

Love going the extra 30 miles to get here as compared to the one in Southaven. The seats are wider, they serve hot food, and its more welcoming.

Staff are friendly. Chairs are nice and spacious with slight recline. Theatres are kept clean. Stadium style seating is nice for viewing ease.
