The last time I went to this theater, one of the men behind the counter had a gun strapped to his hip. Is crime in Mountain View, MO so great that he has to intimidate everyone who walks in? Or is he just that scared to go out in public without protection? We have about 2000 people in this town. If we cant go to the movie theater without fearing for our lives, then what is the point of living in a small town? I have heard that the movie theater is now owned by someone else and has a new name. Hopefully the new owners are not so terrified of our community that they will feel the need to be openly armed while doing business.

I wish the movie was played louder, it was played at a very low volume and I can hear people whispering & very clearly hear therere conversation. Also the movie said it started @7pm and it started at 7:10, I thought that was weird, Ive never been to a theater where they started off schedule. The bathrooms were nice and clean, the lobby was very presentable and clean, the theater for the most part decent, I did see some candy wrappers under the seats in front of me and open candy dropped on the floor under the seats but it was not bad, the floors were not sticky that I noticed & the seats seemed clean.

It has become poorly managed, with rude worthless "manager" who does not manage anything. The place is filthy and always are having trouble with projectors, causing movies to start very late. And lazy employees.

Management needs to let movie finish before they turn it off for next viewing there is always extras in the credits and we didnt get to finish seeing what was going on very disappointed. 3-10-17
