Very disappointed. Paid $60 for greens fees and a cart to play at 8am on a weekday and the mowers were still on the course around the holes in play. The rough had not been cut in days and my foursome lost a lot of balls that were off the fairway but definitely in play. The fairways and greens were in excellent shape. Bunkers were well maintained. The design is a collection of both well-designed and poorly designed holes. If you have never played there the sign indicates the 17th is a dual fairway split by a creek - only it is not because they do not maintain the left side of the creek. My perfectly struck tee shot on 18 hit the powerlines and my approach shot landed in the green side bunker. The flag was back center framed by cars in the parking lot not far enough away to be safe from a thin hit and there was no safety net. Sorry, but I expected a better design and for $60 the mowers need to be far enough ahead of the morning starters that the rough is less than US Open height. I wanted to like this course. I had driven by it many times dreaming of playing it. I dont think I will ever play it again. There are better courses for less money within a ten mile radius.

A fun course with fun people. The staff were a little full of themselves and the pro shop merchandise was ridiculous. I paid $100.00 less for a jacket identical to one that was there. The difference between the jacket that I bought vs. the jacket that was for sale there (besides the $100), was that the one that I bought had the golf clubs logo on it and the one at Fox Hollow was plain. I like to buy something from the pro shop at every golf course I play, but I had to pass at Fox Hollow.

I hadnt played there in a couple years and immediately remembered why. Staff is nice but the course has really gone to pot - fairways, greens - even the damn ball washers. Its a very tough layout anyway with several goofy holes with blind shots but its the condition that is inexcusable in year where every course Ive played has been great. To top it off I had to pay $55 for the poor experience - maybe the whole 27 holes should be turned in tract housing.

Asked to get earliest tee time in the morning for a 2 person with a cart and the staff put us behind 2 groups of 5 that were walking. The staff was more arrogant then professional. The course was in good shape based on the time of season but the staff and experience was disappointing enough not to come back or recommend.

I used to really like this course. It has really struggled over the past few years. This year they underwent a major reconstruction so hopefully that will mean good things for 2017 and beyond. For now, however, its overpriced and just ok.

Ive played here for 13 years and have loved every minute. The staff is professional, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile for some help. Fun course with a few challenging holes, playable for all levels of golfers.

Nice course just west of the Twin Cities with fast greens and great scenery - recommended! Id give it 5 stars but its a bit pricey.
